Question: Have you ever heard of this? I arrived a few hours early and asked if I could check in or store my luggage. They said, "Oh, good news, your room is ready, and it will only cost $50 to check in early." WTF? I had never heard of this. The young man behind the desk proceeded to explain that this was a fair charge because if we used the room early, we could use some extra electricity. Hmmmm. The manager arrived and said this was all Indigo Hotels policy and we had benefited from lax enforcement in the past. He would allow us to check in early this one time. Luckily, we got two free bottles of water for our $32 amenities fee and a free drink upstairs (which is lovely), but it doesn't open until 4 pm. It is great to know the root of hospitality is hostile.

Great location and accommodation my only complaint is that there’s no way to call the front desk from an external number which is inconvenient and frustrating when you need help while staying as a guest at the hotel. Otherwise I did enjoy the rooftop bar nice view of the Petco park.

Probably the best hotel stay ever. The room was very comfortable but the staff here is what really makes the place amazing! Every single one was great but special shout out to Harmony, Sergio, Skyler and Robert. We will definitely be back! Awesome location too-close to everything.

The room was very clean. The bed & pillows were absolutely the most comfortable, best rest you can expect. Music does travel from the nearby nightlife but that’s to be expected in this part of town. My five star rating though is mostly due to the front desk clerk, Imani for accommodating us with early check in and late check out. She was very helpful in restaurants recommendations, explaining the amenities and she even wished us luck on our race, the reason we were there for the Hot Chocolate Run. Would love to stay there again and recommend. I can’t speak about the valet or parking since I didn’t travel with a vehicle.

Harmony at the front desk was so helpful! I was not traveling under the best circumstances and they found me a quiet room where I could rest. Very nice rooms, as well, and I know the hotel is very friendly to people’s pets because I see some happy doggies around.
