"Great staff."

Tashina from reception was super nice and helpful. Check-in was a very easy and quick process. The entire staff at the Hotel is amazing, even restaurant staff. Lady upon check out (named started with an A?) also very pleasant. I only review when service is remarkable. I will be back soon :)

"Greatest place in Denver"

What a great experience starting from Tashina service , we arrived early , and she worked hard to accommodate us for a early check in , that actually saved us because one member of my family was feeling sick and we were so grateful that she made that possible big shout out to Tashina!!! Great view in our room also! Very clean hotel and parking was absolutely appropriate, and the restaurant on site called Ambler served good food I gotta be honest , I was obsessed with the biscuit sandwich that OMG I ate one daily for breakfast!!! The bartender at night I can’t remember her name , but she was absolutely amazing very courteous. I will definitely be back at this location!!! Pharmacy right in front of the house, bars and restaurants aswell, Ball arena couple of blocks , that we walked to the game Avalanche vs Black hawks!

"Very nice and super close to Union Station"

We stayed here the night before our train up to Glenwood Springs. The location to Union Station was perfect for us. We also thought the rooms were a very nice mix of industrial and modern. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft. We had a little bit of an issue with being put in a king room instead of 2 queens but that was fixed super quickly with Jacqui at the front desk. I would recommend if you're leaving your car for a long time there are other spots in the area that are cheaper than the $45-$55/night (self vs. valet) charge per night for parking. We talked to several staff members and every one of them was very nice. I will absolutely stay here again.

"Excellent downtown hotel, easy walk to Union Station."

Needing overnight lodging within quick walking distance to Union Station, I found Hotel Indigo— a lovely and more reasonably priced choice compared to other nearby hotels. First impression: Excellent reception staff—thank you to Oscar, who was also very helpful the previous night with a phone inquiry, and upon checkout, thanks to Tashina, who patiently pointed me in the right direction to Union Station. Not every hotel nowadays offers a wake - up call option. I’m glad Hotel Indigo still does. This hotel is very close to the station. You reach it in a 3 minute walk, entering the reat side at the tracks . Even if you don’t have to catch a train, it’s a great place to visit. Ambler Restaurant/Bar the hotel was perfect for a delicious casual dinner with local family. If eating there, don’t miss their signature house fries, plus excellent vegetarian dishes, smash burgers, and drinks. The lobby’s a bright open area with interesting decor. Room was very comfortable with sufficient space for luggage and clothes, USB ports in desks on both sides of the bed, a small refrigerator, , bathroom with large attached bottles of toiletries at the sink with hand wash and lotion, and shower area with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bed was very comfortable. I love that there’s a postcard of Union Station in the room—a nostalgic flash from the past, when hotels provided postcards—and people wrote and sent them! Weather outside was cold; fortunately, the room heating was quick! I heard none of the system noise a few other reviews mentioned. If not carrying cash, there’s an option to use a desktop link to credit card if you want to tip housekeepers which, based on the room’s cleanliness, they deserve. Nespresso-type in-room coffee machine and pods made delicious espresso. One suggestion: provide instructions for its use, as not everyone is familiar with these machines, the need to fill reservoir with water, etc. Thanks to all staff for an excellent stay!

The hotel does not carry cash. This makes it difficult to get change to tip the housekeeping staff. There is no lotion in the rooms; I asked if they had some at the desk and they do not. This seems to be a post Covid change in hotels but often some amenities are available at the desk. I couldn't make coffee in the room. I tried twice. No instructions for the coffee maker. The staff was nice and the room was nice and clean. The location is good for Union Station.
