"Great Local Shuttle"

Has a free local shuttle within 3 mile radius which is very convenient. Ryan was great transporting us downtown! Timely with great communication. Van was clean and roomy. Loved the vintage feel of the hotel overall. Coffee shop with light breakfast downstairs was great, as well.

The room was great and comfortable. The location of the hotel is convenient and the the food in the cafe is delicious. But perhaps the best part was Ryan the shuttle driver who was super nice and gave us great tips about what to do in town. Absolute legend!

"Great hotel for conferences downtown"

Flexible, early check in--friendly staff at the front desk too! There was a free shuttle from the hotel to the Tampa Conference Center, and Ryan R. especially was so nice. Lobby was also beautifully decorated for the holidays. The room was very clean and comfortable as well.

The check in process was very smooth and the hotel was decorated very festive for the holidays. There is a shuttle service which was very convenient to get to and from dinner. The driver Ryan was wonderful and had a lot of good recommendations.

I had great service there. Especially from Gaby and Olivia. The employees there were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an ideal location. The rooms were spacious and they have daily house keeping. Plus the prices are reasonable and there are close restaurant options also.
