Not a good experience. The room looks tidy but actually is dirty. Kitchen not that clean with stains. There are ants and bugs in the room. We cannot even take shower as there are tons of bugs in the bathtub and drains. It is a good family style hotel as the rooms are one bedroom suites. But if you care about the cleanliness, please do not stay here.

Very clean and comfortable, excellent location...breakfast was delicious every morning. Loved the Wednesday evening reception. Paid for an upgraded room. However, not sure what the upgrades were. Not going to do that again. Overall, great stay and excellent amenities.

I stayed here three nights in September 2024. The hotel itself is poorly maintained. One of the elevators creaks like it’s going to break down any day now, and the elevator floors and walls were damaged and dirty. The room I stayed in smelled musty; I thought it might be because the windows were left open so I closed them and turned on the a/c, but that didn’t help. The a/c rattles and the motor sounds like an airplane flying overhead. The tub/shower is old and has very little water pressure. There is wallpaper peeling off the wall, but frankly that’s the case in every hallway too. The furniture looks and feels at least 20 years old. Lamp shades with holes, squeaky cushions, etc. The carpet is stained, the doors are missing paint. There are ants in the bathroom and in the kitchenette area. The refrigerator is just as loud as the air conditioner. Housekeeping didn’t come after the first day so I called downstairs (using my cell, not the phone in the room because it doesn’t work) and they said they’d send someone to clean the room. But of course they didn’t. I’m not a clean-freak but this hotel is by far one of the worst I’ve stayed in.

We came to Hilton Homewood to see about a long term stay since my wife and I were in transition after selling our house in San Diego, We were greeted by Khushbu at the front desk and she proceeded to explain the amenities and the one bedroom suite. She was so helpful that we decided to stay for one month. We are on our second week and are extremely glad we chose this location. It is extremely quiet and centrally located. We highly recommend this location for any length of time!

This place is very nice with a pool, friendly staff, breakfast included, workout area, pet friendly and ample parking. Very close to legoland. Families can enjoy a nice stay here without worrying about saving money. It had a kitchen and full sized fridge.
