"Excellent customer service"

We felt welcomed the whole time that we stayed. The 2 young ladies that worked the night shift were very kind. They listened to us and were very accommodating. The breakfast was the cleanest experience we’ve ever had. The server maintained cleanliness in the area and made sure fresh food was available. The maintenance and housekeepers spoke and smiled every time we saw them. We thank you all for the pleasant experience and we can’t wait to return.

"A nice stay for a week in Anchorage"

Had some initial confusion with the front desk person, I think she was very recently hired and honestly was a bit lost. We got it straightened out though and the rest of the stay was pretty uneventful. The breakfast downstairs was okay, and the beds were really comfy so no complaints there. The location was good and there was plenty of parking so all-around I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily stay here again.

Great location & a wonderful staff makes a prefect base camp for a week in Anchorage. Straight shot to downtown (10 minutes). Only 10 minutes to the airport. Easy access to roads to Seward & Wasilla. Freshly prepared breakfast. Very comfy beds. Quiet. Enjoy your stay.

Sharon was really helpful and pretty cool, I love her vibe and personality she’s such a very welcoming person. I’d recommend others to come stay here! She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very comfortable staying here she’s the best to be honest!!
