The customer service of the front desk was top notch . Tameka was so helpful with information related to my reward points and was very friendly! She made recommendations and made our check in smooth. This was a new stay for us and we are sure to return when we are in the Broward, Palm Beach county area!

Nice hotel, all rooms have a living room. Tameka at the front desk was super helpful. Nice bar, good food in the restaurant and pool is heated. I stay here all the time. This is one of my favorite holiday inn hotels. Diamond menders get a free breakfast.

Tameka checked us in with a smile and was efficient and chatty. She informed us of the price of our breakfast, that the bar was open, and the pool was open until 10:00. The pool looked very inviting and clean. This is off the main road by 1-2 blocks so you don't hear any street noises. Tameka asked us if our 2nd floor room assignment was satisfactory or she would move us. She was very pleasant. The room was clean -- there was a few wall repairs that weren't painted yet. The room has a microwave, refig and a coffee maker. Ice machines on floor 1 & 3.

DISGUSTING! Bathroom had so much mold and the room stunk of old carpet yuck. We asked to be transferred to a different room, they did - it was better but still stunk of mold smell. We had no choice but to stay since we are not able to find any other hotels that are available for the days we are staying. The staff were SOOOO RUDE! They made us feel that they are giving us a favor when they should be embarrassed of the state of this hotel. What a dump! In addition to this, they quoted me a price pre-check-in, and charged us a different price when we checked out. I called to get it adjusted and the SUPEVISOR (she claimed to be the supervisor) put me on hold for the longest time I had to hang up. It's the worst experience ever!!!

Worse Holiday Inn hotel visited so far in the US. Since years. The room was very dark and had a horrible smell. Windows could not be opened but a technician was asked to unlock the lock so we could open them. Smell did not go away, horrible. Bad maintenance of the room, would definitely not go here again and advice everybody to book another hotel. Entrance was okay qnd breakfast good. Pool was okay too. Staff at breakfast very nice.
