Worse Holiday Inn hotel visited so far in the US. Since years. The room was very dark and had a horrible smell. Windows could not be opened but a technician was asked to unlock the lock so we could open them. Smell did not go away, horrible. Bad maintenance of the room, would definitely not go here again and advice everybody to book another hotel. Entrance was okay qnd breakfast good. Pool was okay too. Staff at breakfast very nice.

Stayed here for two nights using points one night and one using my IHG credit card free night. The location was ok for me - Ubers easy to get and reasonably priced in this city. Check in was quick and I loved my king room. Very large. Upon leaving for the first time the door wouldn’t lock. It was addressed quickly but took an hour to fix! There was also some hair in the shower leftover from the previous occupant. Other than that cleanliness wasn’t an issue. The pool is great. The next morning my door wouldn’t lock again so I asked for another too . My request was immediately granted but the new room had issues. An older bathroom and many lights didn’t work and no safe. I didn’t mind it had two smaller beds but most of the lights didn’t work! Still I was very happy with my stay. Maybe because I was solo on a much needed weekend away let me be much more forgiving than normal. I wasn’t actually in my room too much anyway. The staff here were all friendly!

I was greeted and assisted by Tameka the front desk representative who was pleasant and professional with helping me check in. The room was spacious and clean. It met my expectations. Nice atmosphere and huge pool with pool side bar with nice music. Tameka wished me an enjoyable stay which it was and then some.

We have stayed at many Holiday Inns and this one had very friendly staff and a nice vibe. The room was much better than I was expecting and was indeed a suite. There were plenty of plugs etc and there was a large fridge, microwave and free coffee on tap in reception. We were impressed with the attentiveness of Stephanie on front desk. Location was safe and plenty parking. I recommend this hotel for a convenient stay for the area.
