I was greeted and assisted by Tameka the front desk representative who was pleasant and professional with helping me check in. The room was spacious and clean. It met my expectations. Nice atmosphere and huge pool with pool side bar with nice music. Tameka wished me an enjoyable stay which it was and then some.

We have stayed at many Holiday Inns and this one had very friendly staff and a nice vibe. The room was much better than I was expecting and was indeed a suite. There were plenty of plugs etc and there was a large fridge, microwave and free coffee on tap in reception. We were impressed with the attentiveness of Stephanie on front desk. Location was safe and plenty parking. I recommend this hotel for a convenient stay for the area.

We booked last minute and what a mistake that was. After a long day of travel, this was not the experience we needed. The photos on the website must’ve been taken by a magician because they’ve done an amazing job masking the dingy, run down place it really is. The first room smelled horrible. Mold, mildew, dampness. We were quickly accommodated when asked for a different room but cautioned it could be “a generic” smell all through the hotel, regardless of the room. Second room, smelled bad but this time it was smoke/marijuana. In addition to the smell, there were different types of bugs crawling around the room and in the tub. The hideabed had stains all over it. The dust, hair etc was thick in the corners and on the baseboards. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere once we noticed the bugs. I’ve stayed in some less than desirable hotels but this one was the absolute worst. Save yourself and don’t waste your time here.

The receptionist called kemeka or kimika was the best ever kind and doing above and beyond work i have ever experience in my 32 years traveling for work. Very committed, responsible and knowledgeable and kind. Explained all amenities at the hotel. Made me feel at home.
