I’ve had a great stay the employees are always accommodating especially a front desk receptionist Ja’Kwan.k because he’s always kind and when available will hold a friendly conversation and go the extra mile when the printer was out to get what I needed printed. And Marie was extra helpful in the restaurant making sure I had everything I needed.

Bad: Everything. Hotel is run-down and poorly maintained. Would not stay there again. Pool had a scum floating on top, workers were loud . . yelling to each other from one end of the hotel to the other. Our room had mold in the bathroom. Our key card didn't work and it took almost 24 hours for maintenance to repair. Good: Comfortable Bed

Hopping on here to give Lynn a shout out! My Fiancé and I got to our first room and it was about 80 degrees and didn’t cool down over night. Lynn was super helpful getting our room changed right away the next morning at the end of what was I’m sure a long night shift and was very kind.

As an IHG member for several years, I've stayed at this Holiday Inn quite frequently, and my experiences have generally been decent. The front desk service can be hit or miss, but the staff is always willing to assist. This past week, however, I had an exceptional experience with Xandria at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond in her service, and her dedication to customer satisfaction was evident not only from my personal experience but also from what I observed. She has such a warm and welcoming smile no matter the time of day. I spent more time at the bar this week and had a positive experience there as well. The food was good, and the drinks were reasonably priced. One area for improvement would be for some employees to be a bit friendlier, such as greeting guests or offering a smile. Also, was hoping they would’ve fixed the hot tub before the end of my stay. Overall, it's always been a decent stay at this location. Having the trail behind the hotel is also a plus.
