Holiday Inn & Suites Across From Universal Orlando offers complimentary WiFi throughout the property's public spaces as well as in guest rooms. A 24-hour business center with wireless printing, copying, and faxing is available. With a 24-hour fitness center, it is easy to relax and unwind while keeping your fitness routine in check. Other amenities include a Splash Zone Pool for kids and an outdoor pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

The hotel provides a free scheduled shuttle service to Universal Orlando Resort if you prefer the shuttle rather than the walk. Shuttle services and transportation to other Orlando area attractions are available for a fee and can be arranged at the hotel's concierge desk.

Dining is easy as TGI Fridays on-site is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A Kids' eat-free program for registered hotel guests is available. RED FLAG 🚩 FIRE AND EMERGENCY HAZARD ENTERING AND EXITING THE PROPERTY YOU LEAVE 30 MINUTES EARLY JUST TO GET OFF THE PREMISES WITH A STUPID GATE SYSTEM YOU HAVE TO PAY EVERY TIME THE PAR GOES UP AND DOWN. I WAS CHARGED AGAIN CHECKING IN FOR MY STAY NOT INCLUDING THE SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR MY STAY. I AM AN IHG MEMBER AND I RECEIVED THE WORST ROOM I’VE EVER BEEN IN FOR AN HOLIDAY INN / IHG CHAIN I WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY I SPENT. I HAD AND AN IMPORTANT VENUE TO ATTEND SO I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO FIX THE PROBLEM AT THAT TIME OF CHECK IM. AFTER THE VENUE I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SEVERELY OUTDATED AND SEEM OUT OF CODE NO OTHER ROOM AVAILABLE VERY UNSAFE AND UNSATISFACTORY PARKING SYSTEM YOU WILL GET TRAPPED IN THE PARKING LOT UNTIL A BUSY REPRESENTATIVE HELPS YOU BY WALKING TO THE GATE TO OPEN IR FOR YOU EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE PAID FOR PARKING AT CHECK IN.. NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN

I booked a two bed two bath weeks before my trip. Upon arrival they put my group in a one bedroom room. We went back downstairs and I said the room type was wrong and they said “yes because we don’t have the type you requested available” long story short I ended up being charged for three rooms by the end of the night even though we booked and needed one. Staff was beyond rude, rooms were filthy, we felt unsafe as we were able to access a room that was not ours with a room key we had. (We occupied this room since the hotel didn’t want to give us keys for the room they booked us in) had maintenance take us up there to get us in, we went to dinner and tried to get main entrance to get back into the room and were told that wasn’t an option….. so many more security and unprofessional incidences during our one night stay. Contacted IHG and still haven’t heard back. Genuinely stay anywhere but here….apparently room keys don’t get deactivated since we were able to get into an old room?

The room ac was having issues and it was making noise. I was heading down to complain the next morning and I ran into Corey from engineering. He greeted us and asked if everything in our room was alright, I told him about our issue and he resolved it! We came back from a long day from the park with a nice note, that the ac was fixed. Thank you so much, Corey! People like him make the difference in hospitality. I will definitely be back.

We contacted our IHG representative to find a hotel, and they led us to this one in Orlando. We are Silver Elite members, traveling alot with Holiday Inn Express. We requested a clean-room due to allergy's- had ordeal with filters. Elevators do not run half the time. But, it was a bad week, with a hurricane coming in.
