This hotel is the best, they treated me like a queen for my birthday and Very accomading to my needs! The rooms are big and the amenities are always worth the money! Jarmeil is the best grand ambassador ever!! The hotel staff are all very nice and respectful! The beds and pillows are soo comfortable and the air is always ice cold, hot water in the showers, the suites are very roomy, homey, and comfortable!

Solid overall resort, especially for a family with younger kids. Our family had a blast. Pros and cons below, if you’re interested. PROS: - Great pool for kids of all ages and swim abilities - Pool cocktail bar ($15-$21 per drink) - Fun water slides - Mini golf course (not great quality, but still fun) - Helpful and kind staff (lifeguards are very attentive) - Fun arcade ($10 for about 5 arcade games) - Spacious rooms - Resort amenities are easily walkable - Beds are very comfortable - Close proximity to all Disney locations CONS: - Resort is pretty worn down and needs some TLC (think 2 star hotel) - Kids splash pad water temp was too cold for our 1.5 yr old to play in - On-site restaurants are average and high priced (think low quality mall food - Pizza is best option) - Living room could use another couch (one couch that fits 3… we brought kitchen chairs into the living room for our group of 6) - Room amenities aren’t great (ex: Toaster didn’t work, coffee maker was single serve and low quality) - Fitness center is very worn down, missing weights, dirty, etc. TIPS: - Bring your own putter and golf balls so you never have to wait for available clubs/balls for mini golf - Pool opens at 9am… get in line at 8:45am and you’ll be able to get your seats of choice (usually a line of 5-10 people at 9am; seats become limited around 10am or so) - Hersheys ice cream shop is worth it - There are extra blankets in the closet… their bed comforters are more like sheets All in all, we would stay here again due to the price, high quality pool/slides, kids activities, and pool bar.l

Great trip only thing elevators went out on the side I was in but overall great trip family had a great time and the water park was great for the kids and adults! Plenty chairs to relax and get a sun bath or just to enjoy yourself but my family will be returning

Best customer service we've had anywhere in a long time! Every person we talked to seemed delighted we were there. The room met our needs. We had a slight problem with the fan but they fixed it within minutes even late at night! Having so many food options and the free movie and putt-putt and the water park and everything right in one was amazing. All of the food options and poolside bar were great and decently priced. We definitely will be back again soon!
