It has In house water park and it’s Near to Disney so we booked this hotel BUT it’s the WORSTTTTT stay experience ever of my life. - Room intercom phone not working - Room carpets are wet and smelly - Part of room has wooden flooring and between the flooring it has water leakage. - Property and rooms smell so weird cause of chlorine and in house swimming pool. -it’s HUGE property with more than 500 rooms but has only one reception and check in counter - few building elevators not working so it’s a challenge to reach to your own room each time. As intercom is not working so each time for any help we need to go all the way to reception. It’s absolutely disappointing with such kind of property and so poorly maintained

We attending family trivia night with Viecka and she was amazing, she made the event fun and exciting for everyone. One of the best parts of our stay. We also enjoyed the heated pool and the food options they have available on site to choose from. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the receptionist to housekeeping.

Visited a few years ago. Hotel water park was amazing, kid’s throughly enjoyed. Rooms were basic, more like apartments. Food was mediocre, so decided to eat out - TGI Fridays had tasty food and cocktails. Hotel entertainment was good. The Warerpark made all the difference.Not much in the local area. Visited Disney World which was a great experience! Also visited Daytona beach which was absolutely beautiful.

Waterpark area nice, resort nice, but rooms are sub par for what you pay. No dishes, cutlery, or cups. No door on second bedroom. It is not a kitchenette when it is only a small fridge and a microwave. Just wished I would have known all this before I booked as it was quit costly with all the added fees.

Super fun water park! Staff is very friendly and the room service was on it all week. We had a few minor issues, but staff were fast to correct it. This is our 2nd year in a row staying here and will return again next year. If you have kids I’d suggest staying here
