I have lost my Wallet and I had a booking already made by my boss ! Stella a really Nice Receptionist dedicated herself to help me out and finaly have a rest after a long long flight ! Thanks a lot to Stella and all the workers from bars to cleaning, to réceptions ! Everybody is Nice and welcome !!! Thanks a lot for making my Journey so peacefull ! Nice Room extremely clean

"Very good stay "

One night stay, arrived late. Plenty of parking in a well-lit and clean lot, felt safe unloading the car. Check in/out was smooth and efficient. Room was good sized with sufficient storage surfaces for our luggage and great condition. Room was very clean and everything we used worked. Beds were comfortable and in room heating/ac was quiet enough we could leave on through the cold weather night. Only issue is that even though the shower seemed to have been renovated, the water pressure would drop significantly during the morning shower. Fortunately the water temperature didn't change too much. Breakfast was not included, not a big concern for us as we usually look for a nice local place. Overall a very good stay and would return.

Nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Located pretty far from downtown KC but very close to the Worlds of Fun theme Park. Offered excellent value for the quality of the hotel and the price that we paid.

Stayed here one night in May of 2024. Check in was good. The lady at the front desk was nice. The room was great. Looked very clean and modern. Temperature controls on the thermostat worked well, we always like a cold room at night. Shower was amazing. I always prefer the newer showers with the sliding glass doors. Wi-Fi worked good. Never used the TV. Was a bit disappointed their was no continental breakfast. We did eat at the "restaurant" and were the only ones there. Food says cooked to order but was obviously pre-made. Still decent though. Overall, it was a good experience. The property looked new and clean. Would stay again.

"A flawless, effortless stay"

Pros: New property, friendly staff, comfortable and quiet guest rooms, no problems to speak of. Cons: Immediate area doesn't have much to offer in the way of shopping and restaurants. In any year I spend upwards of 120 nights in hotels so for me to find one that doesn't stress me in any way is difficult. I am happy to say my stay at this new Holiday inn property didn't cause me any headaches or stress. It was easy and effortless from check-in to check-out. My room was spacious and included both a work desk and chair/table so I didn't have to watch TV while lying in bed in a weird position. The shower had decent water pressure, I didn't hear any guests in adjacent rooms, and I didn't have to hack the thermostat to get the room to a comfortably cool temperature. There was always parking available not too far from the door, every front desk employee was friendly, and the ice water in the lobby was always full- and welcome because of the warm weather. Although no fault of the hotel, the immediate area doesn't have much to offer aside from the Worlds of Fun theme park. There is a Wendy's, Burger King, Waffle House, Taco Bell, and QuikTrip convenience store/gas station, but nothing in the way of sit-down restaurants, grocery stores, and other kinds of retail. For that, a short drive is required in either direction. This is one of the rare hotels for which I would not hesitate returning to for another stay. There is definite value in stress-less experiences.
