Christian from front desk was amazing with all the attention. We had fun at the Mini Golf and Recreational Center Pool and Spa...the Margaritas were great. We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was understaffed, but they were courteous and did their best for the staying customers.

We originally had a hotel booked. On our way from Michigan to Flordia my debit card got hacked. Leaving is no way for the "hold" on the room. Single mom traveling with 5 kids. I showed up Christian was at the front desk. He assured me my kids and I wouldn't be left without a place to lay our heads. He truly went above and beyond anything he had to do. I can't tell you how thankful our Whole family is for this. Again Thank You Christian.

Christian in front desk was amazing and very Kind. At the time I was Checking in, he was very helpful and gave me directions about the resort. He made my experience there very very nice. If I come back, I would do it, because of him. He deserve a RAISE!!!!

The staff was terrible, when I arrived for check in they said I couldn’t check in and gave me no indication of when I could check in. The room was decent which is why the rating isn’t terrible. However if you are interested in the complimentary breakfast, don’t count on it. They ran out of food with no intention of restocking, well before 930 when it ended. When checking out the front desk agent printed me a receipt for my stay which should have been zero dollars as I did not purchase anything additional and paid online in advance, however when I asked about it she told me I didn’t actually owe that and not to worry but when I asked for an invoice showing I had a zero balance she said she couldn’t print me a new invoice and that it was fine. Doesn’t exactly make me feel reassured that I will not be charged anything additional.
