Always very clean with suburb customer service. Breakfast is always good at this location. But, the lady working in this area is rude and unfriendly. Her tone with my wife was uncalled for! All my wife asked was if pancake batter was empty. She replied back in her snotty tone "I don't understand a word you said". My wife replied back Is the Pancake Mix out? If you don't understand the words someone is speaking to you. No need to be rude about it. Besides that, Always a great stay.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Small Gym but it worked with what I needed. Breakfast is always great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was within 10 minutes of the conference I attended. I’ll definitely be back when I visit this area again.

I had a wonderful experience during our stays with IHG Holiday Inn Express Suits Corona, California! Betty the manager and her team go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. The spacious room and comfortable King bed was just one of many pieces of the puzzle that made our stay even more enjoyable, another important piece is cleanliness, a priority for us. Betty and her team works hard insuring that we feel safe and comfortable which is so important when traveling.

The room was clean, For me the pillows are a little uncomfortable , the breakfast is very good, I didn't like that you can hear everything from the other rooms. I think they should put a least 1 bottle of water in the rooms . The staff was very friendly .
