This Holiday Inn Express was nicely appointed, updated and well-kept. Employees were friendly and helpful, going the extra mile. We stayed in a 2 queen 1 bedroom "suite" on the 5th floor facing the highway. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Highway noise wasn't terrible on the 5th floor, kind of a white noise. They also had a white noise machine by the television, but there was no signage or label so it took us 3 days to figure out what it was (remote speaker? Air purifier?) The negatives for the -1 star: 1. The bathroom door, RIGHT NEXT to one of the beds, has a frosted glass door (see photo). Which means if someone is to use the bathroom while others are sleeping (quite likely in a room this size) it is very disruptive to the persons sleeping in that bed. The room could have been arranged differently, or perhaps simplest would be an opaque door. This is unfortunately a deal breaker which will keep us from returning. 2. The free breakfast. I thought I had fairly reasonable and low expectations for a free hotel breakfast. The offerings were lower than even that. It seemed well cooked, well stocked, and clean. But there just was not much offered. This isn't a deal breaker, we just fueled up on basics before heading to the parks, but it wasn't anything to be enjoyed.

Great hosts. Great service at the buffet. Yadira and Ofelia made sure evertyhing was clean and always great tasting food. Elevators were large enough for strollers and arrived quickly. Room was always clean. Elena made sure of that. Thanks!

We were extremely happy with our three-night stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and the location was excellent! It was an easy walk to and from Disneyland that we did multiple times per day. We will definitely stay here again.
