In addition to the outdoor pool with a water slide, bike rentals are also available to explore the area.

Dining is offered at Kenzie’s Restaurant. It features panoramic views of the Mystic Dunes Golf Course and serves American cuisine. Room service and grocery delivery services can also be arranged. "Dog track"

One of the worst golf courses I ever played. Not maintained at all. It should be watered now and then. Good for golfers capable of hitting a ball off concrete. I will say most of the staff is friendly. The starter on March 13 stretched the truth when he said it is in good shape. Sheep would not eat the so called fairways. HORRIBLE

Hilton has a LOT of nerves charging anything over $30 to play this disaster course. Tee boxes are dirt, fairway grass is hard to find but mud is not. Greens, while ridiculous in design are pathetic with totally stupid pin positions. I'm 4 handicap and this was by far tge worst golfing experience in Orlando ever (and I play in this area often). Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere...anywhere! Hilton owes a lot of people an apology and a refund.

"Misleading website and details"

While the beds are comfortable and the rooms are a fair price, I would not stay here again while on vacation. The concierge service is only worried about getting you to agree to their timeshare meeting—once we said no multiple times, the gal was rude and impersonal. The shuttle to Universal is veiled as a courtesy, but it runs once a day; the times are completely impractical for anyone visiting the parks. The resort is listed as convenient, but unless you have your own transport, it is horribly inconvenient to get around (the restaurant is far enough away you need a shuttle), and campus is spread out so far apart we regretted our decision to stay here. If you do not have plans to leave, it’d be fine, but if you have any plans to visit Universal, think twice about staying here.

Very nice resort. Clean. Great rooms with full kitchens and living rooms. I could easily live there. Be sure to ask for an updated room. Price was very reasonable. Did not use the restaurant or bar. One downside .... They didn't have our rooms ready for over an hour after 4:00 check in.

I am not going to lie, I hate this location for my personal use. It’s off of 192 and if you hit that traffic at the wrong time you are sitting on the road no matter what for 1 hour +. But this is not the resorts fault, just something to be aware of. The resort itself was great. Staff was accommodating, very nice and actually acted like they wanted to be there. Great customer service training. I stayed for 2 weeks and the room was cleaned every 3-4 days and it was great. I would 100% stay here again if I needed a kitchen and washer and dryer!
