Huge resort complex, much larger than the pictures and write-up led us to believe. The pool options were not near our suite. Cleanliness was mediocre, not horrible, but not wow this is awesome, definitely lacking in the attention to detail. It was easy to drive to from the parks. Driving in sure gives you a sense of how large the place is. "at the 5th stop sign turn right for check-in". Holy Crap 5 stop signs! (with speedbumps galore) We were in building 13, there had to be 24 building complexes. So you may need to walk a long way to the pools. A few days in, we're more acclimatized to which way we should enter and exit compared to what the GPS recommended. The suite was quiet. I don't think we heard anyone beside us or above & below. We're a family of 5. all grown adults spending a week in a 2 bedroom unit with a pull-out couch. It fit us fine for our needs. You're gone all day walking and just want to crash when you're back from 20,000 steps in the park

This was a great hotel for my family. Close to Orlando, Disney, and Tampa. The room was clean and recently remodeled. A basic kitchen, laundry and living area, then one bedroom with 2 beds and a bath on one side and the "primary" bedroom adn bathroom on the other side. We had a screened in balcony as well. It was a great stay

"A Favorite Resort With AAA+++ 100% Staff"
TripAdvisor user rating 5.0 out of 5

Hilton Grand Vacations Mystic Dunes is one of our most favorite resorts to stay at when we are in the Orlando, FL area. Not only because of the newly fully renovated beautiful blue/crème décor rooms complete with full kitchen, all utensils; washer/dryer; separate living/dining room and bedroom; and patio/balcony overlooking the golf course or wooded areas; 4 pool complexes (one with waterslide & fun activities: live music, games, crafts, etc.); huge workout room; bike rental, basketball & tennis courts, putt-putt; and gorgeous, lush landscaping that is maintained continuously and makes for beautiful walking paths; on-sight restaurant that provides room service; proximity to stores and entertainment; but also because of the AMAZING staff! I must give special shoutouts to front desk staff who go way above and beyond (even through Hurricanes Helene & Milton): Lillian, Bouchra, Renee and Naomi who worked with us tirelessly, graciously, and kindly answering emails and phone calls immediately to ensure that our room was exactly what we wanted, and continue to do so now, as we definitely are booking new reservations! Nora and Elizabeth who remembered us from a previous visit and came over to say “hi”. The maintenance staff is so kind, courteous and professional! We see them working or driving their carts to/from assignments, and they always toot their horn, wave, and as they can stop to say “hi” and chat a bit: Henry who was at the lobby when we checked in and welcomed us back. Emerson who was washing the back window of our unit as we came in and waved Hi. Supervisor Denyse who always stops her cart to say hi and welcome back! Dukay, Gardy and Armando who wheel huge carts around the buildings picking up everything; I did not get their names but special thanks to the staff who painted the hallway floor outside building 16 – looks beautiful - great job!; Roger, Oliver, Alejandro, Eduardo, and Alexi who are continuously ensuring that all areas throughout the resort are clean and sanitized and always take a minute to catch up & Norberto & Diego who clean the sidewalks outside of the buildings after heavy rains. We swim often and pool staff too is wonderful. Shoutouts for jobs well done to Carlos, Hilda, Belkie and of course Jose and Tony who ensure the water is sparkling clean and a great temperature; all of them too stopping to wave, say “hi” and chat as they can😊!!! Engineering: Armando brought new TV remote control; Jose Daniel who caulked the toilet & Gaddiel & Carmelo who did a major fix on the toilet; (thank you Bouchra for calling us to give us a time estimate on the fix); Nelson who always stops his cart to say “welcome” and chat for a bit. Thank you to housekeeping staff: Elissaruby who came to the room right away to clean the toilet area after engineering fixed it; Jose who delivered mail to us; & Alberto who replaced fridge drawer. Lobby housekeeping staff: Fanny & Glorie who keep not only the lobby but the gym in tip-top shape. Security Supervisor Franco who was driving his cart, reviewing preparations for Hurricane Helene, saw me walking, & stopped to ask me if I needed a ride. He spent some time reassuring me of the preparations and then recounting some of the other hurricanes that he had been through at this resort. And thank you to front gate security guards who know our car and always open the gate as we drive up. And last but not least, all of the wonderful staff who respond within seconds to any text requests (love, love, love the ability to text a request – best thing ever😊!!): Ashley, Bouchra, Jailene, Joana, Lori, Mairim, Patricia, Paul, Raja, Renee, Shoyan. Thank you all – you are the reason we choose this resort as because of your kindness and graciousness (and always how professional you are), we feel like welcome family whenever we stay here!!! Finally, I know that this AMAZING guest “care” starts with Resort General Manager Manuel who responds to emails and requests & ensures that our stay is AMAZING – THANK YOU ALL!!

"Worse customer service!"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5

The customer service is the worst it’s ever been since it became a Hilton. The wait to get front desk on the phone is 1/2 then only to get an answering machine. The whole place is under construction that’s loud and dangerous. The check in person was hangry kept saying she needed to get food soon and was very rude and mean. The housekeeper was in room when I arrived just chilling and the room wasn’t cleaned after they said the room was clean and ready hours before I checked in.
