we had a great stay at this hotel my wife and I. when we got to the hotel my wife and I were greeted by Gary from HGV, he gave my wife some Hilton honors points and showed my wife some of the discounted vacation packages he was offering. We did not get any of the vacation packages only because we both travel about 200 days out of the year for work and get most of our stays comped by our company. However, he was very nice and represented the hotel superbly. This was not our first stay at this hotel, and we will continue to come back as we love this hotel.

"Traveling with my Chow Chow."

I just visit this property and I had a wonderful experience. I was always hesitant to visit it due to the parking. In the parking still do sucks. But other than that I had a one for reception her name was Jay. She showed me amazing experience with my room I was just coming out of trauma as a trauma nurse. I was super tired and I was traveling with my traveling service dog Chow Chow and she gave me amazing room that when I waking up from the morning it was something to look forward to for my night shift. I just want to thank her and give her her flowers let her know she made my day God bless her.

Stayed a few days in March, 2025. Brogan helped us with our stay. She was smiling, friendly and made us feel very welcome. She helped us with getting us a bay city view room that was high enough to view the gorgeous harbor and city. I have been going to the Hilton Bayfront for years and will not stay anywhere else. The shuttle to Coronado Hotel is free and is well worth the trip for an afternoon on the beach and the history is amazing. Rest and Relaxation at the Hilton Bayfront... Can't wait to go back!

Excellent service from my housekeeper - Lorenaridt - helping me with a down allergy. She was kind and remembered me afterwards as well. The beds and pillows are comfortable! Also appreciated the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
