"Nice hotel!"

We had a really nice experience at this hotel. Very nice room, and everyone is very friendly. The complimentary beach package was awesome, and the gentleman that drives the beach shuttle was great. He offered some helpful suggestions of things to do in the area. The woman who sits at the concierge desk was terrific too. Helped us make reservations and plan daily activities. Sat by the pool and got a delicious salad from the restaurant. The only negative is that the hotel advertises ping pong, basketball courts etc and that didn’t seem to exist.

Our stay at the Hilton Naples was fantastic, beginning with the warm welcome from Sandra Guardado at the front desk. Her cheerful greeting and kind wishes for our anniversary immediately set a positive tone. Sandra went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere. While the room itself had a slightly dated feel, it was spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches like the plush robe, the spacious floor plan, and the luxurious rain shower. However, the absolute highlight was the bed and pillows – hands down the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel in a very long time. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to downtown Naples, the mall, Mercado Shopping Center, and the beaches (the Hilton provides an hourly shuttle service and even supplies beach chairs and towels). I will be returning to Naples soon and will undoubtedly choose to stay at the Hilton again.

Very comfortable enjoyable stay. Check in was smooth --Brianna tried very hard to give us a balcony room. Thank you. She saw our gold status from Hilton and gave amenities. Cindy, Tonya, And Michael from Shula's were helpful and wonderful. A very memorable time.

"OUR BEST AND UNFORGETTABLE STAY AT HILTON IN NAPLES !!!!!!"

We were received remarkably warmly in this hotel. As soon as we entered, the very pretty lobby, we appreciated the cleanliness. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are active everywhere. The reception team is particularly efficient, friendly, very pleasant. They are undoubtedly great professionals. Thanks to Isabella, Jackson with whom I learned a lot about the region. The room was nice, large, and bright. I now congratulate the cleaning staff, (Thanks to Laura ...) The breakfast (not a buffet) is served by excellent staff ! We appreciated the Menu and liked omelettes with salmon ! I remember : Tonya, Cindy, Rom, Azael ... Thanks to them. Our holidays were marvelous with them ! We also enjoyed the evening at the Shulas Bar and restaurant. High quality . We will return to Naples to this Hotel. CONGRATULATIONS AND A BIG THANK YOU TO THE MANAGEMENT AND ALL THE MOTIVED STAFF ! A huge work is done in this establishment !
