Staff was very friendly and very efficient. Room was a good size, bed and pillows were comfortable, shower & towels were very good. Breakfast service was fast and food was good quality and fairly priced. Overall feel was warm and works for business or pleasure.

Hilton Naples is simply the best hotel I stay at… I travel for a living and stay at many different hotels, but when in Naples I stay at this Hilton every time. The staff is always happy and very accommodating and having Shula‘s right on site is the cherry on top.

I love staying at this hotel because of its customer service and really comfortable beds. I always get a great night sleep. The concierge is always very helpful Gena who is the front desk. Manager will always help if there’s an issue. Her staff is really friendly and always make sure I’m happy. There’s nothing better than this type of service.

"Terrible TV - no streaming, no movies"

The TVs are from like 1995. You can only watch cable with the dish network. Neither my TV nor my mom’s worked right. There is no access to your streaming services, and not even movies you could but. I tried to project my phone onto the tv but it didn’t work. It was pathetic. I did like the food at the restaurant.

- Booked single bed and was put into a hearing impaired room with 2 beds. Manager told me they would take care of it before arrival. Got in late and was still in same room. They did nothing. - Was on 2nd floor. At 6:55am my first morning, was awoken by a large diesel truck right outside my window with very loud workers. The truck was left running for over an hour. - The diverter on the faucet tub was bad so half the water still came out the faucet when trying to shower which caused extremely low pressure from shower head. - You get coffee maker with 4 pods. 1 reg coffee, 1 decaf and 2 teas. I asked for all regular coffees every day and every day I got 1 regular, 1 decaf. and 2 teas.
