Front desk staff was very welcoming. My family and I stayed for 3 nights waiting for our cruise day with clean comforting rooms. Staff were very friendly & knowledgeable and helpful to the surroundings of Long Beach. Shout out to Crystal at the front desk!

This is a decent hotel, we only stayed for a few nights before joining a ship. Room was comfortable, very noisy air con unit. Beds were comfortable and decent size, very clean. Pool area was small but if you are only staying for few days no dramas. The breakfast was poor, buffet had bacon, sausage (decent) potatoes and a selection of cereals. Bacon was literally burnt to a crisp, but not the end of world. Separate breakfast menu, omelette was poor also. Hotel decent, just maybe seek a breakfast elsewhere for the price ($32)

I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Upon arrival I opted for valet parking. This was an excellent choice. The valet was very helpful and gave us extra suggestions. Valet parking was only $5 more than self-parking and includes unlimited in/out privileges. We arrived before check-in so we spent time in the lobby. There is a lot going on in this lobby in the afternoon and evening so this ended up being a good choice. From the complimentary water or hot chocolate to the cookies and brownies we found options to tide us over until dinner. One of our rooms wasn't ready until about 4:30 and I didn't receive in-app notifications as I was told I would, but the front desk was not busy and was helpful. The rooms themselves are good size - including the bathrooms. All of the hotel is clean; however, the rooms do show their age. Despite what appears to be regular cleaning there were areas that were showing their age - especially in the bathroom. But the room did have usb chargers and the app TV remote worked well. Unfortunately we had many issues with card keys and the in-app key. Fortunately they were easily resolved at the front desk. The free shuttle service is great, though we ended up walking most places because of the great location (and weather). One of the highlights was the breakfast. Some room rates include it while others do not, but I think the value was worth it. Rather than a standard lobby breakfast buffet this is in their second floor restaurant. If you've paid for the breakfast as part of your room reservation you just mention that upon arriving at the restaurant check-in. The buffet includes waffles or pancakes, sausage, potatoes, and scrambled eggs as well as many other options. You can even order an omelette as part of the included breakfast. The service was so good I couldn't help but tip. All-in-all we were very happy with our stay.

I was disappointed in this hotel as a Hilton. I expected more. The only thing that was special was the beautiful entryway. Our room was nice and the price was ok, considering they let us leave our cars there for a week while we went on a cruise. I had made reservations a couple of months in advance for 3 rooms - a king room and two queen rooms. Upon arrival, they only had 3 kings available. There were 9 of us, and only 2 were couples. My 80 year old sister had to sleep on a cot in their room. Parking was odd as well. You had to take a separate elevator, outside, into the parking garage. I slept fine, I think we all did. I just expect more from a Hilton. And when I make reservations I expect my rooms to be available when I arrive. I had called earlier in the day to let them know we'd be a late arrival, yet they still didn't get our rooms right. So disappointing.

I’m so shocked with all the negative reviews. We have had nothing but an amazing experience here. Every single staff member has been very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was made clear it cost us each day before we even booked. We have used the free shuttle every day that was fast in getting us to and from where we needed to go. Pool was warm and clean. Restaurant made great food. Coffee shop made excellent coffee each morning. They have free snacks in the lobby throughout the day. This hotel was more than accommodating and one of the best experiences we’ve had staying anywhere. Don’t let any negative review turn you away from this place. I’m very picky about where I stay and have not one complaint for here.
