AMAZING RESORT FOR OUR FIRST FAMILY TRIP. WE LOVED IT. STAYED FOR 5 DAYS, AND DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE. YOU REALLY DON'T NEED TO LEAVE THE RESORT, BUT WE DID TO EXPLORE THE ISLAND. PLENTY OF FUN TO BE HAD RIGHT THERE. GREAT FOOD, GREAT STAFF, GREAT FAMILY ROOM. WE WILL BE BACK LATER THIS YEAR FOR SURE..

We stayed at the Diamond Head towers for 8 nights. We tried to check in earlier, but were told there was a fee or wait until 4pm check in time. They tried to upsell us another room for extra money and after several attempts they finally accepted the answer no and give you the room you already paid for. Our rooms: The room wasn’t too bad on arrival you get what you paid for outdated furniture and decor you can tell it definitely needs a renovation. On our third night, our bedroom ceiling started leaking water from the above floor, the ceiling looked like it was going to collapse my kids was so shocked and scared it would collapse. We called through to reception and they immediately arranged for another room. Though we ended up getting a more spacious room, the hot water in the bathroom takes a minimum of 5 mins to come through which is not ideal when coming back from the pools or beach. That was minor so we didn’t bother complaining. Second night into the new room our toilet was clogged, the reception had sent someone to unclog it within 30 mins. House keeping: We are a family of 4 so you would think house keepers would have a list of how many in each room, every night we come back I had to call the reception to get more towels because they always give 3. Mugs and cups was not replaced I had to call them to come collect and give some fresh ones. The floor doesn’t get vacuum l know because my kids always have food crumbs left . Overall experience with Hilton only the pools and lagoon is worth it. Otherwise don’t have too much expectations.

Hotel was clean thanks to gina our housekeeper and pools were really fun! The beach is walking distance and the lagoon was perfect if you dont like the ocean. Overall the stay was great the empowering were accommodating and very helpful. 10/10

Great service by Lisa. Good food. Good view. We did breakfast here at Tropics Bar and Grill. The Hilton Hawaiian Village is awesome place to stay. My partner had the Up All Night drink and loved it. Not my kind of drink for breakfast. The coffee was good.
