Buffet breakfasts are served daily (surcharges apply). Recreational facilities feature an outdoor pool, a children's pool, a health club, a spa tub, and a sauna. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Alli’i tower in the Hilton. It’s the best tower to stay in. We love the private check in. It has a pool that only those of us staying in this tower can use. We had an oceanfront corner room. The views were spectacular. We could see the fireworks from our balcony. Dean at the front desk was so very helpful. We couldn’t check out in the app, so he checked us out. The resort has a lot of little shops and places to eat. The Hilton Hawaiian Village is right on the beach. 💕

I was rather disappointed staying this time. We were in the Kalia Tower, which is looking rather shabby. We were hearing people flush their toilets next door and the bathroom was not the best kept up. Housekeeping was poor to say the least when you return to your room and it's clean but no one left any bath towels or coffee, or even cleaned out the ice bucket. I called and a manager came, but didn't have any good feelings about his excuses.

Brian P was truly a lifesaver. After arriving late from our flight and coming to Hawaii for the first time on my 40th birthday, you couldn’t have than a better face for Hilton he immediately felt like family the way he helped us understand Hawaii and the experience. He was very personal and gave us a lot of great recommendations and a small window and truly made it special for my wife and I thank you for showing the love for a first time and making the trip start off with a bang. Brian is truly an incredible gym and the overall experience is great. There’s so much to do in a small pocket. Don’t even need to leave too far from the resort, but I would recommend soaking in all of Hawaii from food to culture to a little rest and relaxation.
