"Best Hilton in Time Square"

The Manager Joe and front desk Ibeth and Gulbyie have made our stay so memorable! They are simply put…….first class customer service oriented. Manager Joe makes everyone happy and on track right from the start! Additionally, the morning restaurant staff is also first class. They all go above and beyond adequate service! It’s a treat joining them each morning!

Rude staff, dirty rooms, the only good thing about this place is the location and that’s it. If anywhere else is available on the square, take it. The check in process is beyond complicated, and the staff doesn’t understand the importance of communication. Steer clear.

"If there are two of you, do not stay here"

The saving grace for this hotel is a fantastic staff; kind, helpful and upbeat. The location is also great. However……we snagged what we thought was a great price for a major hotel group and assumed that any room accommodating a king size bed would be of comfortable size. However, it was so small that the bed basically filled the room. There was no place to open and store luggage, a bathroom/shower reminiscent of a mid price cruse and only 1 drawer for clothes.

Joanne and Ibeth did an amazing job in helping me and my husband get situated and getting what we had booked and asked for, but in an even better experience and making my husband’s 30th birthday celebration in New York an even more memorable experience!! We had an amazing time here and they were so attentive and supportive in taking care of us that we will led our friends know about such a great hotel and staff!! Honestly, even coming back here whenever we visit again New York!! 👍🙌 Also Gulbye and the house keeping staff are amazing and very fast service here. So we recommend this hotel!! 10/10 👍

"Great stay. Great staff. Noisy elevator"

This was my first time staying at this hotel, though I’ve stayed next door at the Knickerbocker before. I arrived early, so my room wasn’t ready yet—which was expected since I was ahead of check-in time. I’m really sensitive to noise, so I booked a room on the 35th floor, but it ended up being super loud. There were constant echoes and banging from the elevators, and at times, it even felt like our room shook. I tried a few different floors, and it’s hit or miss whether you’ll hear the elevators, but on the higher floors, you definitely will. If you’re sensitive to noise, keep that in mind. Huge shoutout to Yvette and Ariel at the front desk—they were amazing! They helped me move to a quieter room where I didn’t hear any elevator noise. They were so professional, accommodating, and genuinely kind, not just to me but to every guest I saw them interact with. Their great service alone makes me want to come back. We also tried dessert from the restaurant, which was really good. And the views from the corner room (ball drop view) were incredible—floor-to-ceiling windows made the scenery even better. Tip: The lobby is on the 2nd floor when you walk in. And if you’re sensitive to sound, avoid the highest floors near the elevators!
