"Run, Run, Run"

Tired hotel, beds need updating, front desk staff constantly change, entire hotel needs to be renovated. Not your typical HGI and an insult to HGI brand. Snacks in the pantry are stale and this hotel is a dressed up Comfort Inn wearing a Hilton Garden Inn badge is the best way to put it. Definitely would not return.

Positives: Housekeeping does a great job cleaning and keeping the place looking clean Great location Great water pressure Lots of snacks at snack shop Grounds clean Free parking Negatives: Rooms need repair and updates Pictures on website are not accurate representation. Had to trade in 3 irons before I got a working one No safe Shower curtain falling out of the wall Mattress sooo hard- sleeping on wood Elevators slow Breakfast disgusting - cold , coffee cold, waitress miserable and expensive Only clean room every other day Pool is not heated like advertised

Highly disappointing stay. We are silver members (diamond members in the past), so have stayed at many Hiltons. This is by far the worst. It’s what I would expect from a Motel 6. Room was stinky/musty smelling, nasty furniture and carpet, dirty walls, bathroom door that barely opened and closed, a couple inches of standing water while taking a shower because of slow draining, etc, etc, etc. We had a king mini suite only because that was all they had left. We expected it to be a little better than a standard room. It was not. We booked on the app and paid in advance to save $20-$30 a night. Still cost $700 for 3 nights. Not worth even half that! Would not have stayed the 2nd and 3rd night had we not prepaid (no cancellation allowed).

"Beautiful Hotel with a lousy breakfast"

Had a great one night stay. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast however was just awful. We got downstairs at 9:15 and they were totally out of coffee and decided not to bring out refills. Breakfast closed at 10 and there was a large group at the buffet, so why no coffee? Waitress finally brought some coffee over when our meal arrived. I got the breakfast sandwich and the roll was stale. I’ve included a picture of my husband’s pancakes and yes, they were that thin. Take the Hilton honors points when you stay here and skip the $10 credit for breakfast.

"Not worth it in any way"

The hotel in general is run down and needs repair at every level from the moment you walk in. Its close to bush gardens so i imagine it gets a lot of abuse but its not a 3 star at this time. The hotel staff was very pleasant but the lack of supplies in the pantry to the scary elevator, one of 2 that worked and then stutters when it starts leading to the fithy walls, carpet and finally to the horrendous room which was a disgrace.. i was afraid to look at the carpet, there was rust on everything, the bathroom was falling apart and filth everywhere. The hotel was booked too as kiddos were running, screaming all over with parents screaming as well. This is clearly not a place for someone to work at or even anjoy a night at. My toilet backed up each day and although they fixed it, from the lobby another customer was complaining how bad his room was, obviously another room would have similar issues.. i survived but the star level on this hotel is way off as it only deserves a 2 at best. Good luck if you stay here but definitely not up to hilton standards
