"disgusted with the customer service"

This is the absolute worst experience i have ever had in my life. My husband and 2 teenager daughters arrived at midnight after traveling all day in a busy airport. We booked a 2 bed room and when we arrived they said “sorry we only have a one bed room available for you. “ i’m sorry but what ? we payed for the room and we can’t even be accommodated correctly? at this point i am furious. it’s 1 am in the morning and we have no where else to go and we have been traveling all day. The guy at the front desk said that we have to all fit in one bed with our teenage children. I am furious, no accommodations were made or even offered for the inconvenience. i am disgusted with the customer service. Do not stay here. After arguing with the stupid man at the front he brought in a rolling mattress that did not fit anywhere in the room and me and my children had to squish in a small bed. I will never stay at a Hilton Hotel again.

Ariel at the front desk really made us feel welcomed upon arrival!! The hotel was ok for the price but the room was fairly small. Also, the water pipes really shuttered lousy during showers. Overall, not a bad place to stay when in south beach.

Hello! I was here for work on one evening this week. Ariel was so kind and so helpful. I did have an issue with the toilet clogging in the first room but thankfully I was allowed to change rooms that same evening and no issues until the next morning. Room and esp bed very comfortable. At the diner staff were kind enough to do the favor of wrapping my breakfast as I had to leave soon. Thank you! Pillows comfy, room clean

Our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn South Beach was so great, it saved our vacation! My friend and I had originally booked an Airbnb instead of the Hilton at first, which was a mistake, and the Airbnb had roaches. Because our flight arrived late, after midnight on Thursday making it technically Friday morning, we couldn’t check into another hotel until 4pm the next day. We called the Hilton and at around 1:30 in the morning Miguel at the front desk told us he would help us check into a room. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating and found a room for us ASAP when we arrived at the Hilton around 2am. He made us feel so much better after such a distressing experience elsewhere. We love Miguel! As far as housekeeping, Paula was amazing, so nice and helped us through an issue with the bathroom which was totally my fault. Ariel and the rest of the front desk staff (there was a brunette woman with glasses who was awesome too) during the day were also incredible! We had a cake delivered for my friend’s birthday and they took the delivery in while we were out at the beach and kept the cake in the fridge until we were ready to take it to dinner that night. Everyone was truly lovely. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The place is clean, beautiful, easy beach access, great location, etc but the staff at this Hilton Garden Inn are some of the best hotel staff I have ever encountered and they saved my Miami vacation. When I come back to Miami, I will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn South Beach!

"Do not stay here"

So they’ve decided for all the guests that 70° and windy is the perfect temperature. It’s freezing to me in the room. And breezy. And we can’t even shut it off. We have ONE decaffeinated pod for the keurig and they tell us they have no more - just run the water through twice. I asked for another blanket and they gave us the thin duvet thing. Unbelievable. I can’t believe this is a Hilton.
