"Had a great stay!"

This property was in great proximity to the beach & perfect for a long weekend. The room was clean & Adan, at the front desk, gave great service upon check-in. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options & the breakfast attendant made sure we were well taken care of. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

A SLUM IS BETTER! On 10/23/24 we had no choice but to stay in this dump. Clearly, this place has flooded recently, but that isn't part of their advertisement when booking. But what is one to do after traveling all day and arriving after 9PM? The lampshades in the rooms have mildew and the rooms and halls wreak of mold and mildew. My family members and I could hardly breathe, I was nauseated, and we all were sneezing. I'll definitely be pursuing legal action once I get back home for our health being knowingly jeopardized for the sake of the almighty dollar. Greed at its best! There must not be any Department of Health inspections here in FL because this should be shut down. The common areas wreaked of mildew and had dirty carpet. Our shower had not been cleaned in the room we were moved to. Too tired to play musical rooms. When I went to the desk, the young Hispanic attendant said there were only two floors available in the whole building. Say what? The floor we were placed on is being closed tomorrow for supposed renovations. So, why book if you know this place is in this extremely subpar condition? Hungry for money much? The paper is peeling off the walls, and if you have a weak stomach, just hold your breath, especially when walking in the hallways. I Lysoled everything down, but couldn't sleep because I felt like something was crawling on me. Please heed my warning and GO ELSEWHERE!!!! SLUM BEWARE! YUCK!!!! You'd be better off in a cardboard box. It's bigger than the rooms are. Not sure how Hilton branded this location. It completely disgraces the brand. I'll stick with Marriot.

"The Best stay because of Cynthia"
TripAdvisor user rating 5.0 out of 5

I wanted to give this hotel a 1 star but Cynthia changed my mind. The moment I walked in the elevators were not working there was no one to help with luggage and parking was just ridiculous here at this property. When I check in with Cynthia she was an angel from heaven. She assured me everything was going to be OK she even left the front desk to help me with my luggage up the stairs and even walked with me to the other hotel so I can see where the parking was. Throughout my stay she always had a smile, and assured me everything I need just let her know. Customer service is hard to see these days. I will come back at this location because of her. Everyone else were ok but I was always happy to see her throughout my stay. Thank you Cynthia!

"Can’t believe I’m saying this, but pay extra and go next door to Marriott."

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels during my business travel and Hilton is my preference. But this was the worst. They don’t tell you on the listing that the fitness center is closed, all but one elevator is broken in a 9 story building, the window in my bathroom was hanging on by a thread and about to fall out, there “suite shop” at the front leaves a lot to be desired (I couldn’t even get something to drink that was diet), the “restaurant” they advertised is out of business and room service is not available even though they advertise it on their website, and I paid extra to have breakfast included with my rate. When I did this I was assuming that it would be a cooked to order breakfast like I’ve had at many other Hilton Garden Inns. But when I get there I see that I paid extra for a “buffet” breakfast that was 100% the exact same breakfast you get at many of their other hotels at no charge. I have been highly disappointed with this stay (I’m sitting in my room writing this review) and am thankful that I check-out later today.

"Avoid at all costs!"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5
Reviewed August 24, 2024
Avoid at all costs. Despite booking 20 months previously as part of a holiday package, upon arriving was told we didn’t have a room reservation. We had just spent 5 nights in Orlando on the same holiday reservation, with no issues. Eventually when we produced the paperwork they claimed they had our booking, under a slightly different name? Name was all correct on our paperwork. Our friends flew in later that night from the UK to be told that their room hadn’t been paid for. Despite their room being on the same reservation as ours they claimed ours had been paid for but theirs hadn’t. Member of staff on reception was obnoxious, rude and most unhelpful claiming the holiday operator had called them earlier that day to let them know the booking wasn’t paid for (by them, not us!) but that she couldn’t call them back on our behalf. Our full balance to the holiday operator had been paid 3 months prior to our arrival, and so the issue was between them and the operator and not with us. Eventually after calls back home to the UK by us she “let” our friends check in to their room. When you arrive initially with the hotel it looks at first glance ok, but this is where it ends. The hotel is outdated and dirty. Our room smelt of mould and damp, with wet patches all over our floor. The bathroom door and door handle was hanging off. Carpet in the reception area was disgusting and filthy. Luckily we only had to stay one night otherwise I would have asked to move to a different hotel. Avoid at all costs.
