Miriam and Francisco did a great job with breakfast; it was nice to have quick options already available at the buffet but also to be able to order whatever else I wanted. The room was nice and I did not have any problems. Also the hotel was very quiet.

Great room. Really good breakfast staff. Miriam was willing to help us meet our deadline by quick service and actually started breakfast a few minutes early. Thanks to Francisco, the cook, for his willingness to make a cooked to order breakfast early. The bacon was super crispy, which I loved. Miriam was very attentive. The front desk staff was helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of several good restaurants. We chose Wildfire, which was really good.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and ready as expected. I enjoyed the common area and there was a friendly atmosphere of travelers hanging out by the bar and sitting areas. Nice layout. The exercise room was also clean and well organized. Would definitely stay here again when traveling to Schaumburg.

I have had the privilege to travel and stay at this location over the last several years. When I arrive I am always greeted by friendly staff. Yes, some staff will remember you if you visit frequently (once a year) and others are newer. It does not matter you will always be greeted with that friendly smile. The staff here will do anything they can to make your stay enjoyable. The renovations for the rooms and lobby are nice.

I booked a king room and had upgraded to add snacks/drinks for each day knowing the first night I would get in very late. I didn’t see any of it in the room and called the front desk. Heather helped me out and had a tray made in 5 minutes. I appreciated it ☺️
