"Wonderful Stay in Savannah!"

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The location is perfect for walks to the riverfront and also shopping and dining near city walk. The concierge, Lorenzo, was so helpful and recommended some amazing spots to see. Ended our night in the outdoor hot tub. Perfect!!

Really enjoyed our stay!!! wonderful staff, very clean rooms and the perfect location to walk all around Savannah! Lorenzo, the concierge, was so helpful and gave us great tips for what to see while we were here! We ended our night in the outdoor hot tub which was so fun!

The checkin process with Lauren was easy and she was very helpful and informative. The room was clean and the amenities were great. The parking was made easy by using the texting system. They were quick and responsive when we need to use the car.

"Bad Hilton Experience"

This is the worst Hilton experience I've ever had! When we checked in they informed us they had oversold the hotel, and the room that we booked (2 beds) was now unavailable and we couldn't only get a King bed. Upon walking into the room we saw it was actually a Queen. The air conditioning unit was vibrating so loudly that so far the little shell over the unit has come off twice. And the reason I'm still awake at almost midnight is because the Blackout curtains don't cover the windows facing the downtown lights, so it currently looks like noon in my room! I will most likely be checking out in the morning to find a room somewhere else.

Perfect little spring getaway with family! Hotel and staff were wonderful! Pet friendly so our dogs could enjoy with us. The beds were comfortable and the location to downtown was ideal for walking to shops and dining. Parking is chaotic and pricey in town so the valet was a great addition.
