We loved our stay here. Room was big and spacious, very clean. Very comfortable bed,beautiful view of the city and very helpful staff. We spoke with Mike in the lobby,he was very helpful and informative about any questions we had. He also helped us understand our hilton honors account. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Philadelphia. Mike definitely gets 5 stars.

"Experience Hilton"

Spoke with Kyle, good experience overall on the hotel. Very good location too. The rooms are good and with space, the hotel is nearby almost everything. The staff is always available and the hotel seems with a Nice Management of all the main things. Recommended!

"Parking overshadowed our stay"

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the city. Unfortunately be prepared to pay hundreds of dollars for parking just 2/3 days. There are homeless people outside every night and it can be dangerous. The parking is truly a scam and I am appalled the predatory practices are allowed. Unfortunately due to the parking being 32 dollars every time you leave the garage and the homeless right outside the hotel, we won’t be back.

"Great Front desk team"

I normally wouldn't a review but both gentlemen at the front desk were simply amazing! Especially the manager Micheal what a guy made us laugh gave us some good spots for some yummy food and drinks. He made us fell welcome no wonder his team all greeted us with care. Go Micheal

Great location in downtown Philadelphia. Comfortable hotel, clean, and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet or table service available. The reason for a 4 instead of 5 is no brochures available of events in the city, no map available, no lobby or lounge seating.
