Lisa and Randi were so friendly at the bar. Great conversation and wonderful service. The bar has a great view and enjoyed the company of the servers. The previous night I had Jack and he was amazing too. He made me an amazing margarita. I highly recommend you to come here during sunset because it’s so beautiful. You can see the beach in the sunset.

I was sitting by the fire and Randi approached me with a smile. I’m from Tennessee and came here to relax, and your hotel didn’t disappoint. I’m home and I need to be able to enjoy my stay and people. Randi and Lisa made me feel like family. Highly Recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. The room was wonderful, the service was great, and the people are fabulous.

I have been coming to this property for over 20 years. I put up with sand in the carpets, patio doors that wouldn’t open, dated furnishings, stains in the carpets, and a sup par experience for years. I had hopes when they changed their franchise to Hilton Garden Inn, that things would get better. The furnishings have improved but the customer service at the front desk was terrible..they just have no idea who the customer is. They really need training on being nice. Also $42 to self park your car on top of a premium room charge? Really? After 20 years and many stays I am never coming back. Don’t waste your money.

The staff was great, bartender Jack the bartender was able to make us great drinks. Pablo provided us excellent service and recommended the mahi fish tacos and California classic burger! Food was on point! Rooms a little on the smaller side but overall a nice place for an overnight visit. A must try for those wanted an affordable option!
