Endless thanks to Trey, Amy, Denise and Nayna for making my visit to this property so special. As a member with status, I am a very loyal Hilton Honors guest. Like my love for brands in other industries like Delta (airlines), Apple (computing), Hertz (car rentals), Hilton is ALWAYS my hotel brand of choice. Brands are most successful when the brand is managed well and with pride and staffed and/or supported by the very best employees. I can tell you that this property will stick out in my mind for years to come amongst my Hilton stays thanks to the aforementioned employees. I will also say that the property itself is also a star of the show. The public areas are maintained at a superior level. There are also ample spaces here, that do not require advanced booking or otherwise, where you can gather and hang out with your family, group of friends or otherwise. My family enjoyed the front patio area near the fireplace where 10 of us gathered around a very large outdoor table and shared various brunch items that we purchased at local restaurants. Needless to say, the Hilton Garden Inn provided a backdrop for this gathering that made for one of our family's best get-togethers in years.

Everything about this Hilton was excellent. From room to service. Staff was very accommodating and outgoing. If you want to start your night or staying, then their bar and food will keep you entertained and full. These two weeks made up for the year.

Great service, clean rooms, easy access to freeways and 15 minutes from universal studios. My family and I recently took a trip to SoCal to visit a couple of theme parks. We decided to book at this location since it was close to universal and reasonably priced; we were not disappointed. When we arrived to checked in we were a couple hours early for our reservation but wanted to see if we could get in early so we could explore locally since it was a beautiful day. Bree greeted us with a wonderful smile and caring attitude. She was able to accommodate us to check in early without charging us extra or making us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Bree was super helpful with anything we needed. We also had dinner at the onsite restaurant (per Bree’s suggestion) and it did not disappoint. The food was perfectly cooked. It was quiet, clean and great customer service. Overall we had a 10/10 experience and would definitely rebook here in the future.

Cynthia, the Front Office Supervisor is responsible for a wonderful experience on our recent visit to Hilton Garden Inn Burbank starting with our check in. She is efficient, cheerful and welcomed us as returning customers. After the first day she sent a text checking in to see how are stay was going. Her genuine concern really means a lot and makes coming back to this property special. She rates a 10/10 in customer service.

I am a diamond member and arrived on Saturday evening hoping to get a suite upgrade so my son could visit us while we are here. Unfortunately one was not available, I completely understood! I went down to the front desk early the next morning to see if it was possible for a suite for the last two nights of our stay. Bree at the front desk was so gracious and helpful! She found a room for us, was able to get us in within just a couple of hours, and now my sons and I can visit comfortably. Employees like Bree are what make being a diamond member worth it, and are the reason I stay with Hilton. Bonus, when I checked in the first evening I noticed my name in a frame on the wall as the “Hilton honors guest of the day”. What a great way to recognize members!!! It made me feel special and welcome. Also-this HGI is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in dozens. Beautiful views and lobby. Thank you again to Bree and the rest of the staff. We will be returning as our son lives only 15 minutes away.
