Had a wonderful stay. Aiden was super helpful with getting me checked in after an extremely stressful day. He was efficient and friendly throughout the whole process. The room was nice and clean with a very peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely be staying here again.

Check-in/out were good for me with good staff, unlike multiple other TA reviews. However, the room was Never cleaned (that’s also in other reviews). Never straightened up, as though never entered by staff. Hallway carpet has dirt rubbed in in trafficked areas, needs replacing. Hallways also didn’t appear vacuumed ever during the stay for non-rubbed in dirt/lint etc. Multiple other TA reviews discuss management problems (which prior management replies to postings say they are allegedly using to improve, yet going back Years). Construction is such that it is very easy to hear noise and even conversations (not shouting) from the next room. Plus, sounds like an elephant walking around above me too, although thankfully the ‘elephant’ went to bed early, as if it had been late, it would have been a nightmare. Internet is very slow/poor and I had to go off camera for an important zoom and then it dropped me anyways, so not a good hotel if you need to do business. TV worked ok first night, then stopped working. Furniture is knicked up, drawers opening ajar on their own (i.e., don’t bother closing them because two of them will re-open on their own). Parking garage is good, so there is a security aspect there that is a positive, though pricey. So too is that the overall lobby, which is new and clean appearing. This place is starkly over-priced for the value received. Overall, I would Not advise staying here, especially if you value quiet as its construction is so poor that one noisy nearby guest would potentially render a stay here as: intolerable. At most this is 2 star on a good day…others’ ratings of 5 stars indicate someone has either never seen or knows what is 4 or 5 star hotels (which is supported by reviewing the reviews and nearly all of the first 30 I reviewed are from folks with <10 reviews EVER on TA, aka rookies (or could it be AI-generated junk?)!). Some of these problems are readily fixable, but multiple are not easy to fix.

Came by for some dinner and drinks with friends and we had a wonderful experience. Jazmin was our server, and her lovely personality and infectious energy made our time here entirely memorable. The chefs prepared a wonderfully colorful and delicious meal that we will surely come back for again.

This was a fantastic home away from home, under very stressful circumstances when we were evacuated for a week due to the LA fires. The room was clean and spacious, the restaurant was great, the staff was great (special shout out to Nayna at the front desk, and Mike Hernandez the manager), the service was great. They were pet friendly, and they had decent workout and laundry facilities. Also the location is walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Really, a home away from home.

Endless thanks to Trey, Amy, Denise and Nayna for making my visit to this property so special. As a member with status, I am a very loyal Hilton Honors guest. Like my love for brands in other industries like Delta (airlines), Apple (computing), Hertz (car rentals), Hilton is ALWAYS my hotel brand of choice. Brands are most successful when the brand is managed well and with pride and staffed and/or supported by the very best employees. I can tell you that this property will stick out in my mind for years to come amongst my Hilton stays thanks to the aforementioned employees. I will also say that the property itself is also a star of the show. The public areas are maintained at a superior level. There are also ample spaces here, that do not require advanced booking or otherwise, where you can gather and hang out with your family, group of friends or otherwise. My family enjoyed the front patio area near the fireplace where 10 of us gathered around a very large outdoor table and shared various brunch items that we purchased at local restaurants. Needless to say, the Hilton Garden Inn provided a backdrop for this gathering that made for one of our family's best get-togethers in years.
