"Excellent service"

Bernice was outstanding in the lobby . Both days had many conversations with her . The front desk ladies were warm and welcoming. Valera and jasmine couldn’t have been nicer . Patrick in the dinning room gave excellent service . Thank you all again for a great stay .

The staff was amazing Ms Bernice is a gem. I am coming back just to see her. The ladies at the desk were so pleasant especially Valera. The guys at breakfast were super sweet. The bartender was holding down the entire restaurant and never complained. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

"My wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Garden"

The experience is so well the rooms are very clean. The view unforgettable valet was great our valet Mr. Brandon made our experience that much more comfortable. The staff has been great. The front desk is awesome. Environment is very clean. It feels very private. Everyone has been wonderful. I really wish to come back. I was explaining my wife we have found our new Hideaway getaway within town. Would definitely like to celebrate my anniversary in March here and get the same room room 825. It’s been amazing.

"Terrible customer service and dirty"

Normally I have had great experiences with Hilton. However, this stay was very disappointing. The door key system was inconveniently not working our whole stay. So we had to be led up to the room every time we wanted to get in. As well was dirty and there was food spilled throughout the elevator and wasn’t cleaned up. Was also double charges by front desk and by Priceline. I’ve tried many time to get this terrible situation resolved and heard nothing back from management or Hilton. Very disappointing would not stay here again.

"Not the best Not the worse"

Not the best, not the worse, I’m so glad that I travel with my own cleaning supplies bcus I was slightly turned off, however I would say the staff here makes the difference, my stay at this location started off a little rocky but the manager Tasha and the front desk rep Schkaiya went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter and I, the rooms and furniture are very Very dated, I honestly didn’t want to sit down at first but the bed itself slept good enough for us after I got past the initial phase of being slightly grossed out, the bathroom shower drain would not stay up so that the water pooled while taking a shower, I didn’t even bother to cal the front desk my daughter put something in it to keep it open and I summed it up to a clearly older hotel, being a Hilton Honors member I must say that not all Hiltons are created equally the quality at this specific locations was meh at best, would I stay here again probably not but again the staff here were wonderful and if I ever considered staying here it would be solely based on their kindness,
