"Asheville Hilton is my go-to."

Room was comfortable. My requests for an extra blanket and a tub met were graciously met. Hard for me to regulate room temperature. Breakfast staff were terrific. At 8 am , food was not as hot as I would have liked. Alejandro at pillar was so helpful. Will stay here again.

"Southern Hospitality"

Tina was warm, friendly, and efficient upon check in. She made us feel instantly welcomed. We even got upgraded as Hilton Rewards members. Shuttle driver Eric was equally great. Showed us around town with stories and recommendations to boot. Had drinks and snacks at the rooftop last night. Tate the server was killing it. Super nice, great service. The GM checked us out this morning, all smiles. Overall 10/10 - we've traveled extensively but these folks made us feel right at home. I know where my next stay in Asheville will be! Nothing like southern hospitality.

"Overpriced, and financially mean spirited to customers"

Good hotel, with some caveats. It is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown. The staff were very impressive; efficient, warm and welcoming. The hotel was very quiet. We had a suite, which was vast, but the layout and decor need a bit of imagination. Caveats? Due to the recent hurricane, breakfast was limited to coffee, cereal and pastries in the large lobby, the bar was closed and the rooftop restaurant was also shut. There was no reflection of this in the already unacceptably high room cost. An additional irritation was. $15 per day to self park my car. A little more financial consideration and fairness to the customer would be appreciated . Hence only 3 stars

"Very Good , clean comfortable hotel"

Great hotel walking distance to downtown. Very clean , friendly staff , good roof top bar and breakfast was tasty . I’d recommend and happily return .the walk into Asheville is pleasant and theirs a good selection of restaurants , bars and quirky shops .

"Nice hotel - parking problem"

This hotel is actually a 10 minute walk from downtown. The walk is easy. The hotel is new, common spaces are well designed. The rooms are fine. The outlet next to the bed wasn’t working. There’s a nice gym and a pool. The real problem is parking. Parking costs $15/night. It’s not well-disclosed on the website and was just presented at check-in. This is a small town in North Carolina, everybody is driving to the hotel. The parking deck is next to the hotel with no controlled access and the gates weren’t functioning. Anybody can park there but Hilton charges $15 for it. It felt like nickel and diming to charge guests to park in a rural town in the Smokey Mountains. Otherwise, a fine stay for one night.
