"Hilton Easton Can Never Get it Right"

This hotel just can't get it right. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years because I had family in Columbus. We have continued to stay there because it is the nicest hotel in Columbus that isn't downtown, it is dog-friendly, and we enjoy the proximity to Easton. The hotel is nice, clean, and very comfortable. BUT, the service is consistently terrible. While everyone is pleasant and professional, this Hilton consistently fails at customer service. For example, we checked in this past Sunday evening at 6 PM after a 6 hour drive and our room wasn't ready! We were told that the hotel was very busy. I told the front desk that a hotel should be able to accommodate "busy." They checked our luggage into a safe room, and then when our room was ready nobody was available to help us retrieve our luggage and provide a cart (we had a lot of bags.) They failed to clean our room the following day. We reminded them at 1 PM, to arrive back at 6 PM to an unclean room. We called to request a room clean and we were told that everyone had left for the day. Someone did come up to empty our trash, but did not clean the bathroom or remake the bed. These are just examples of our most recent stay. We have had similar experiences throughout the years. It really is too bad, because the hotel is nice, they just fall down on a very important component.

"Mike and Pat are rockstars! You’re lucky to have them!"

We had a family overnight at the Hilton- Columbusthey were packed and had a huge conference there so it was really busy. We had breakfast in the restaurant- my young grandsons ordered- both Mike and Pat - the chefs onstaff- were just amazing! They paid special attention- even though it was so busy! They took extra time to make sure everything was just right! In today’s world- you just don’t get service like that! And the omelet that I had was the best I have had in a long time!! You are lucky to have them!!

"Disappointed"

Had two rooms. Room 1– blood stains all around the night stand, filthy carpeting, hole in sofa cushion, huge long dust balls on top of picture above bed and more on the other pictures, plastic wrapped glasses. Room 2–same filthy floor, dust strips falling off picture above bed and lamps, plastic glasses. I have been going here for years both before and after their remodel. Rooms are worn terribly. Who pays over this kind of money for Motel 6 plastic glasses? Called down for glasses but never got them. Furniture is scuffed, holes and again worn. So disappointed as this has always been my favorite place.

Katie at the reception desk was absolutely so helpful, wonderful, and kind! It was a large hotel with boutique service! I had a recent surgery and feeling very uncomfortable sitting in the lobby. Katie noticed and responded immediately asking to provide assistance. She took action and made my stay well worth it

She greeted us with a big smile and made our check-in smooth and hassle-free, going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Her warmth and exceptional service made a lasting impression and really set the stage for a wonderful stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our experience!
