"Best weekend ever"

Clean room and comfortable bed. Mike in the restaurant made the best omelette ever! Gail in the dining room gave outstanding service. Lots of choices on the breakfast buffet. The pool and hot tub were nice for the whole family and the towels were so soft. We felt like royalty.

"Watch for unauthorized charges on your credit card"

No complaints about the hotel itself, but the front office staff placed an unauthorized charge on my credit card and did not seem eager to correct their mistake. I am still awaiting resolution after five days and have been very disappointed that four phone calls and four emails have gone unanswered.

The breakfast staff was great! Michael was welcoming and provided great customer service. The hotel was clean and inviting. The location was exactly what I needed for a weekend of fun and shopping. I will certainly be staying there again!!

"Good stay except nervous about the car break-ins that happened."

The hotel is very nice and clean. The employees were very helpful and took care of our needs. The food was pretty average and overpriced. I only had breakfast and it was a buffet that was old and not to great. The only downside was 3 vehicles in my group were vandalized and had broken windows. I read other reviews that this is an continuing problem at this hotel.

The facility is beautiful and the people are great. Katie, the manager took a lot of extra effort to make sure that the flowers I had delivered were put in the room for my wife’s birthday. They actually upgraded our room as well. It made her birthday weekend at Easton extra special! This might become our annual event :-) What a great team at the Hilton Easton !!!
