"Good & Bad"

Overnight trip to the resort. Paid $371 for one night which seemed pricey. Parking lot spaces are tight - small spaces so careful bringing an SUV. You have to carefully squeeze out of your vehicle to avoid hitting the car next to you. Room was clean. Bed is nice. Hallway noise was loud from 1-3 AM with noisy sh*theads standing in the hallways talking, laughing and yelling. No hot water for the 7 AM morning shower. We tried 20 minutes to get hot showers using every possible shower adjustment but no luck. Ice machines on our floor were dead. The motors were running but no ice. Digital display indicator said machine was offline. Couldn’t find ice from any machines. Didn’t ask for ice from the front desk since there was a long line of customers waiting for service. Pool is small but clean. Pool towels are the same as room towels, small. We grabbed our own beach towels from our SUV. No beach towels or beach chairs to rent but there is easy access to the beach. There is a Denny’s.5 miles away with an excellent breakfast menu so getting a meal was easy. Don’t expect to eat breakfast at the hotel since there isn’t a restaurant. Overall, wish we hadn’t spent so much money for meh accommodations.

"Best hotel in Cocoa!"

Nice pillows , a very well kept and super clean hotel. Nice bars and restaurants with excellent food. I will be back! The beach was clean and had chairs and lounges that were available early in the morning and the sunrise was stunning. The young man at the Tiki bar was a great bartender.

"A good stay"

We really enjoyed our September stay! We got in late and went right to the bar/restaurant to get dinner after a long day of travel. Our bartender was wonderful and so friendly. After a little bit of conversation she found out that we were married the night before back in Ohio and she immediately had a dessert brought to the table and congratulated us. After dinner we went right to check in where our room was upgraded as we were congratulated on our marriage. The rooms were clean and modern. The bathroom also very clean and updated. The views were great and we took advantage of the beach access first thing the next morning. Location is great in terms of convince to Port Canaveral. It only took us a few minutes to get to Port. We will definitely be back to stay before any future cruises :)

Just returned from an unforgettable stay. The hospitality was top-notch, starting with a warm welcome from the doormen and a smooth, efficient check-in at reception. The friendly staff and amazing housekeeping promptly addressed our requests, making us feel right at home. The food and beverage team at the tiki bar and Mercato in the lobby served delicious meals that enhanced our experience. And those breathtaking views? The pool and tiki bar on the beach, Simply stunning! This was truly a memorable getaway

"Had a great time!"

Location and amenities were great, we wanted to be on the beach and we were. Everyone within the hotel was very friendly! We didnt get into our car the whole time we were there!! Restaurant on site was great and we loved the tiki bar and the amount of seating anywwhere you wanted just to relax. Our only issue was we reserved the top floor and there are no balconies. On the top floor I was awakened at midnight to what sounded like a nightclub right outside the door. Worried about vibrations and what it might be I called the front desk and told the lady I may not be able to sleep it was so loud! She was very kind and told me it was the chiller on the roof and she did have earplugs to which I told her I had some too. She also said If I couldn't sleep within the hour to come see her and she would find a resolution! I did get to sleep but kept waking to the same noise! My husband and I went to the front desk the next morning and they were very helpful and even told us we could swich rooms but staying only one more night we didnt really want to move everything we already had in the room. The last night then we slept with our feet at the head of the bed and our heads at the bottom LOL! It did help a little! We would definitely stay here again, everyone was kind and helpful. The only other issue I could see would help is if they had luggage racks in the room, we had a King room and the only place we had to put our suitcases was on the floor.
