Dirty Rooms. Bathrooms look decent but are filthy. Very few amenities. Moldy air vents. Random pubic hair stuck to the walls and ceiling Very small driveway, which makes just turning in stressful. The front desk is not always at the front desk, so you can expect to wait about 5 minutes before getting assistance with any problems. Workers stand outside your room and talk to each other before-around 730am. (It dies down at 8, I guess they have to get to work) Cabanas are located next to the delivery drop off, used by commercial vehicles. Pros: None Cons: Beeping backing up, lift going up and down making noise, the actual workers slamming boxes of products onto dolly’s, the workers tripping over their own equipment - causing more noise. Gym rated 1.5/5⭐️ Culture: family/older whites/lower-middle class This is one of the worst “upscale” hotels in Miami, and I don’t even think it’s worthy of that. I’d rather have stayed at a motel 6 with a lake view. Or maybe my standards are just too high. Save yourself the time, headache, and money. Book somewhere else or see for yourself! I hope you enjoy your day!

Fantastic employees - Deven, Dylan and Javi worked so hard to make sure our stay was nice!! We were at the end of our trip and looking for a known name hotel on the sand. This is the way to go! I didn't realize when booking that valet is $52! And entering the hotel, is through gridlock traffic in a busy city area with busses, firetrucks, police, sirens a lot! But once you're in the hotel you don't notice it. Thanks so much Deven, Dylan, Javi, Roxanne and the pool employee for helping us out so much!!

We have a fabulous time. This hotel’s hospitality is 10plus!! Best Hilton experience in all my travels. Jerson our server was fantastic. Renson our drink server was on top of everything. Will the beach manager was top notch. It is expensive but well worth it. Being a diamond member I have seen a lot and this is the best Hilton for service around!! And the nearby restaurants are all delicious. Can’t miss all the restaurants are very fresh and authentic some of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to.
