Great hotel and location. The check in was quick and smooth. The nice housekeeper, Natalie, came multiple times to ask if I wanted the room cleaned. She was super nice and got fresh towels. No issues with the room. Great property, well managed!

This hotel is not up front about booking prices. I booked through Expedia on 10/07/2024 and walked into the hotel 10 minutes later and they offered me a room for $125 a night due to hurricane. My booking was for $225 a night and the staff up front told me I could change it through Expedia so I paid the hotel on my card. Now they’re not promising what they said and I paid $400 more for a room. Besides this their entire hotel looks like it’s in a renovation and there is mold everywhere. This place should be shut down. Will never stay with Hilton again.

Pros Fair price Nice location Great gym, way better than the usual Free couple of drinks and breakfast for two Good wide parking spaces Recently added door locks should make it easier to digitally check in Clean rooms Cons Older hotel and it shows, but mostly cosmetic Toilet is TINY need to be replaced Shower is dated Slamming door mechanisms are loud, need dampers Need to be able to add tipping to room, I was here on business and I would have to pay out of pocket to tip the server.

My wife and I were in Suite 626 from August 25th to August 31st and could not have been happier with our stay. Having stayed here often over the years, we always thoroughly enjoy our time at the Hilton Boca Suites, and this certainly was no exception. While it is great to see the improvements being made to the physical structure, (new doors, fans, furniture, paint, etc.) it is the entire staff that makes one feel at home and look to return. From the front desk staff at check-in, the housekeeping staff, (our room was SPOTLESS with everything in working order), the breakfast team including Tony and Louis who cooked a delicious start to our day as well as Melinda who provided our table service with a smile and welcome each morning, and to the bartenders at the happy hour whose service was top notch. A special thanks to Paige who went out of her way to make our stay special and most memorable, especially on our anniversary. Thank you! While it is very important that a hotel is in good condition and clean, it is the staff that makes one feel at home and want to return. We look forward to our next stay and seeing all of you again.
