Not a terrible choice but wouldn't stay there again. Reception was helpful and friendly. Rooms dated e.g. no USB-C charging outlet. Smelled musty maybe like stale smoke in room. Sign says it is a smoke-free property yet our room was just above the smoking area (terrace). Gym was large and well-equipped. Good breakfast and you can ask for a custom omelette, pancakes, porridge (thanks!). But it's a buffet breakfast - I don't want a waitperson coming by to check on me! Just put out a thermos of real coffee please. And if you clear my dishes when I'm up getting more it means I then have to go back for fresh silverware. Get some bagels besides plain. AC kept starting and stopping. No screen mirroring on TV I think. There was a suggestion to download an app but seemed like it was just to e.g. adjust volume from one's phone? Wifi kept saying 'connected without internet'.

Our experience at the Hilton, other than the way Management handled our one complaint, was more than adequate. The breakfast was unusually good and the staff were lovely. The pool was actually nicer than expected. The one complaint that we had was that the fitness room was under construction and “temporarily relocated” to another area in the hotel. The temporary location was the size of a closet. It was dirty with very few machines and even less space to work out. When we complained, we were told that corporate was offering unsatisfied guests 50% of the cost of going to a gym pitside of the hotel. When we complained that we did not think we should be having to pay anything to be able to use a service which was supposed to be 100% included in the hotel charge, the manager told us that he would call corporate. That was on Friday. We heard nothing. When we checked at the front desk on Sunday, the person at registration looked at the Manager’s notes and said there was nothing written about calling corporate. She said she would follow up and again we heard nothing. When we checked out on Monday, another person at the front desk said she would speak with the manager who was coming in after we left and have him/her call us. In addition to that never happening the person and/or computer who had texted me several times to ask “ how my stay was going“ suddenly stopped as soon as I told “him“ what our problem was and he replied that they “were working on it”. We never heard from “him“ again either. What I also found interesting is that I never received a survey from the hotel to fill out a day or two after check out which is probably a first when staying in a hotel. It was clear that they did not want to hear our feedback. While the hotel was mostly fine, it is clear that Management will do nothing other than give lip service and that the hotel does not care when something goes awry. I am in the Boca Raton area frequently, but I will not be staying at this hotel again.

We planned a mega honeymoon vacation and thought that the "Hilton Boca Raton Suites Hotel" would be a great choice to stay. But boy were we in for a surprise! First of all, our honeymoon adventure quickly turned into a nightmare upon arrival to our room which was a stinky and old place that clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. The construction on the first floor was constant, with ongoing drilling and loud banging noises, waking us up every morning at 7:00 a.m. including the weekends! The rooms didn't look as nice as the pictures posted online, with backdated furniture and no basic amenities (no clock!). But the worst was yet to come. At around 1:30 p.m., on the 4th day of our supposed 6-night stay, we received a letter, which they placed outside of our room, stating that there would be no water (no showers, sinks, bathroom!) from 11:00 p.m. till 5:00 a.m. due to a "scheduled maintenance" (if it's scheduled then it should have been mentioned to us at the time of booking) We tried calling, and when we finally reached the front desk, at 1:50 p.m., we asked to check out and get a refund for the remaining days, but the front desk refused, claiming it was a scheduled maintenance that they don't give refunds for. However, if we want we can wait till 3:00 p.m. for the manager to arrive, and he might be able to give us a refund, BUT that is only if we check out before 2:00 p.m. (10 minutes notice to leave!) That means that we would need to pack up and check out without prior guarantee if we are given a refund or not. Of course at 3:00 p.m. the manager was still not to be found, showing up only much later at 3:30 p.m. With Expedia's help, we fought for a refund and finally managed to check out. The hotel's staff was rude and unapologetic, offering no help in finding alternative accommodations. Our vacation day was wasted dealing with fruitless phone calls and searching for a new hotel. We might have gotten a refund for the days that we weren't there (well, of course!) BUT, this whole experience left a bitter taste in our mouths. No apologies were given, and they didn't even try to compensate us for the heartache we went through, shattering our peaceful vacation. We do not recommend the "Hilton Boca Raton Suites Hotel" to anyone!!!

I was very disgusted by our stay our first room smelled of extreme dog urine 1 o’clock in the morning they gave us a choice of three more rooms two of the three smelled of dog urine. The third one had just been cleaned and smelled of Febreze by the next day, the Febreze had dissipated and more dog urine smell on top of that it had roaches I don’t live with roaches Thirdly we got stuck in the elevator, called the assistant GM. He informed us he had been stuck in the elevator earlier that day and did just keep clicking the lower level button. Why wasn’t the elevator shut down or fixed extremely discussed it by this whole day!

I stayed 4 nights and I filed a report on day 1, that the toilet was running and to fix it. Day 2 toilet is still running like nothing was ever fixed. On Day 2 we noticed small Ants on the bedroom, bathroom, and the main living area. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable for the brand name.
