We had a great overall experience, thanks especially to the exceptional valet and bell hop team of Mandao and the other 2 who were friendly, responsive, and even picked us up outside their usual hours. Truly appreciated! I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to some issues with our Junior Suite. While spacious with two nice patios and a very comfy bed, the suite could use some updates. The furniture was heavy to move to open the sofa bed. Plus there weren’t any extra sheets or pillows despite having 3 guests included in our reservation with the 3rd being a 14 year okd child. The toilet/shower area were cramp, and we were only offered resort views — no ocean view options. Late-night front desk support was disappointing; I couldn’t get through for a while, and when I did, the person wasn’t helpful. I was told to talk to a “Suite Person” who was on lunch — and never heard back. The pool area also had downsides: limited free lounge chairs (only one side), steep rental fees, and early closures for amenities and restaurants regardless of the day. A resort map would’ve helped a lot. On the plus side, the indoor pool and jacuzzis were great, and I had an amazing massage from William at the spa — he was incredible! In short, the resort has strong potential and standout staff, but some operational improvements would make a big difference.

Our Dinner was great. At Blue. Filet and shortrib very tasty. Cooked perfectly-Sanika recommended boom boom shrimp which was spot on delicious. Sanika was a kind and attentive waitress. Will go again. Thank you for nice experience. J+J Boston

Suchit @ Hilton in HH was super friendly and the food was great for me and my family 😘👍🏼 came here last year with my mom and two sisters same experience. Great beach front lunch place for drinks lunch etc Hilton @ Hilton head DJ is nice touch too!

We had our wedding reception at the Hilton Beachfront Resort and Spa on Hilton Head Island in March 2025 with about 100 guests, and it exceeded all expectations — all thanks to Lisa Kennedy! We began planning with Lisa over a year in advance, and from day one, she was incredibly responsive, organized, and communicative. I came to her with a vague vision, and somehow she brought it to life — and then some! The decor was absolutely beautiful and matched what I had imagined perfectly. The location was also perfect because it sits just before the beach so you and your guests can view the beach from every location on site! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day because Lisa had everything handled seamlessly. The food was great (also heard about this from our guests) and the bartenders were amazing — every detail was on point. Lisa’s professionalism and experience truly showed, and she made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable. If you’re dreaming of a beach wedding, this is the place to go.

Loved the experience! The hotel staff were very sweet and helpful! Mandao, the bell captain, was very kind and accommodating. Live music at the outdoor pool and the beach was lovely. There were a couple of hiccups…our phone in the room did not work and the refrigerator barely got cold. There was no fan in the bathroom. Overall, would come back again!
