"Don’t stay"

This is so disgusting, not only did they give me a queen room when 8 booked a king, but when we opened the digital key, it was for a different room. During the night, I heard someone try to get in our room, am sure the digital keys were switched. Luckily we had the security lock on. Then when I finally heard from Hilton and checked my CC, I have 2 room charges not just one. What a mess. The light by the bed has no shade, the hallways had blue tape hanging, filthy carpet and mold in the tub. When I sent message to mgr, he kept saying how they have such high standards. We’ve stayed at lots of Hampton inns and have never had this experience.

Hotel staff friendly on arrival. The Home 2 Suites wasn’t available so the call to book a room -the Hilton rep recommended this one. It was fine. Room was clean, just old and worn. The couch was dirty or stained. Allowed pets. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was run-down and filthy. There were stains on floors in the common areas and in the room. The furniture in the room was in disrepair and stained. The plumbing fixtures in the shower tub were quite literally falling off the wall. The shower did not drain filling up to ankle depth! We had to rinse our feet in the sink. The towels were old and yellowed. I would give this hotel a zero star if it was possible. This is my second stay in a Hampton Inn that has been horribly rundown. Hilton should be embarrassed to even list these hotels on their website.

"Pick another hotel"

Stay clear. Hilton should be ashamed of this hotel. Dirty and old!! The couch in the room Was so dirty and stained we wouldn’t even sit on it. On top of that no machines in the small and dirty gym were working. We should have read the other reviews rather than just trust a Hilton Property on our way south.

"Not Up to Hilton Standards"

I rate Hampton Inns compared to other Hampton Inns. This one falls way short of good. First of all, I checked in and picked my room online as normal, only to find that it had been 'reassigned' for some unknown reason. So, instead of the first floor, I am on the third floor. Thankfully, and to her credit, the desk manager found a first floor room for us after a 30-minute wait (at 5:30PM, well after our check-in time). The room was large with a sink and mini-bar area. It had not been swept. I found a cigarette butt and a penny along with scattered crumbs on the floor. The room was 'well worn' - wall gouges, stains in the bathtub, the mini-fridge had broken shelves, etc. The property was dirty as well, so I did not ask for another room as I am sure our room was typical. This Hampton is not up to Hilton standards, and I can not recommend it. I would not stay here again. I was a long-time Hilton Diamond member, so I know Hilton properties.
