"Terrible experience."

I have been staying at the Hilton property for 19 years, and this is the worst experience I have ever had. The rooms are dirty, and the staff is unfriendly. The evening social is disappointing; they only serve small punch cups and limit you to just two drinks. Additionally, the food is terrible.

"Wish I had never stayed here"

I am a Hilton Diamond member but after the stay at the Hampton , I’m questioning if I want to stay at one again . Our first room the A/C did not work . The only saving grace of this hotel was the 2 ladies working the front desk. They found us a room . But the hotel everywhere was nasty dirty . We never took our shoes off even in our room and our bathroom . The wallpaper is peeling off the walls everywhere. The floors and carpets everywhere was sticky and dirty. Do not stay here . I feel like Hilton should have paid me to stay here … it was that awful

"Poor excuse for a Hampton Inn"

Folks if you’re accustomed to staying at Hampton Inns, don’t stay at this one ! I live half of my life in hotels, generally at Hilton properties when possible. I know that the perfect hotel doesn’t exist, and I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect cleanliness. This property is not up to Hampton standards at all, great staff, nice looking property outside, nice lobby, and great staff. That being said, this hotel is not clean, hallway carpets are filthy, and worn badly. Room is about half clean, and everything in it needs a refurb, simply throwing a little paint on it would go a long way. Everything in rooms is old, and outdated, baseboards look like they’ve been in a war zone, metal on lamps is all rusted, and I could go on ….. Pass this one by if at all possible !

"Needs a Renovation"

This hotel has a friendly staff, but the hotel is not in good condition. Peeking wallpaper in the room and hallways, stains on the carpet in the room and hallways, and scuffed up walls/paint. They have a sign up in the lobby indicating they are going to renovate, so I strongly suggest you wait for that to happen before booking here. We also had a neighboring guest smoking weed/pot and it was stinking up our room; the front desk apologized and immediately found us a different room.

"Not your typical Hampton Inn"

For a Hampton Inn, this location is in need of a major upgrade. Extreme disarray. Mold in bathroom and carpet extremely dirty. Staff very friendly but flustered. Was initially given a room key. When we went to tge room, someone was already registered in that room. Went down to get correct and was given a second room. Bed comfortable had a good sleep and we were on our way.
