"Breakfast recognition"

I would like to give a shout out for Pam Calhoun. She ran the breakfast area and did an outstanding job. Best oatmeal maker! A real pleasure to see her each moring and to be welcomed by her. Hampton is fortunate to have her on staff. Thank you for a good breakfast each morning.

"Great stay in Tampa"

Great hotel, some construction going on but the improvements are good. One person made it very nice, Pam Calhoun, a guest service ambassador, made breakfast special each morning. The food was great but her kindness made it so much better. If we're able to return, I hope that we'll see her again.

"Top notch staff and clean room"

Excellent stay for two nights. They are doing a bit of reno, but even so it was a clean and comfortable stay and I highly recommend. Stayed on the 4th floor and room was super clean and quiet. Yes, there is construction happening during day but this is clearly posted on website and app and everywhere else so it should not come as a surprise. They do a good job of keeping it contained and other than having to share elevator space with the crew a few times, it barely affected me. At night it was quiet and no trouble sleeping. The staff are redic nice, always smiling and bantering which is nice. Super friendly and always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Great location near 75, USF and not far from 275. Perfect place to stay. I will not hesitate to return!

"Wonderful Hotel and Staff!"

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff! Arrived 11/17 evening for 2 nights, and the desk clerk happily welcomed us and was extremely personable. Room was cozy and clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with a great selection. I had brought my own diabetic protein drink and was having trouble getting the top off, and a lovely lady who was tending to the breakfast area, came right over and offered to help me get it open. Bonus points for this wonderful employee! We come to this area for medical appointments every 3 months, and we will be staying here again!

"Under construction, so loud"

This hotel is under construction and has jackhammer going from 9am-6pm. It apparently will be under construction through March. Do not stay here if you intend to spend anytime during the day at the hotel. It is so loud and the workmen are in the elevator all day long.
