A huge thank you to Dylan Mizenko who works at Hilton for being so kind and providing a 5 star experience recently. We do a lot of traveling and his recommendations were fantastic! We love being Hilton Honors members and the ease of booking and getting awesome customer service like Dylan provided makes Hilton an easy decision over other hotels. Know that Hilton has 2 Hamptons in downtown Savannah named the same thing. We thought we were right by the river. Both front desks told us people go to the wrong ones all the time (but apparently no one has worked on fixing this issue ). We ended up blocks from tourist attractions versus in the center of them. This property was incredibly rundown and in need of a remodel. The carpets in public areas were very visibly stained, the elevator was scary and an ill repair. This was the second issue I had with the Hilton property on this trip. I will be going back to Marriott as soon as I use my Hilton points.

My husband and I stayed here overnight for a concert. The location was excellent close to Civic Center where the concert was held. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean front desk clerk was very polite and friendly. My biggest concerned was the fee to park my car. I feel this should be a service for your customers. We are paying to stay why should you charge $35.00 to park ? This was a bit of a surprise at check out .If I’m going to be charged to park this should be communicated when given the guest pass for the car at check in. Overall, the stay was great !! In the future I will call and ask about parking before booking a stay . My suggestion would be to make free parking a benefit for your reward members.

Last minute stop In Savannah. We chose Hampton Inn in historic area. Beautiful hotel. King room super comfy bed n pillows. Great large shower. Very good breakfast included. We will return next time in Savannah. Easy walk to Riverfront and all the beautiful parks. My only downside was the price to park i feel guests shouldn’t pay to park when paying to stay. Self parking right outside the door $35 was extreme.

Spacious king suite with comfortable bedding. Clean and quiet. Very good breakfast offerings. Lovely lobby area as seen in photos makes the place a little more special than normal. Easy walking distance to lots of good restaurants and the historic areas and parks.
