"Never again"

I stayed there for only one night, however, will not stay again. My AC in the room was not working and I informed the front desk about it, and they said someone would show up, but no one did. Also, when I was checking out, I asked for water, and they said they're not able to offer complimentary water upon checkout even though I'm a gold member.

Went to Seattle for a concert but wanted to avoid heavy traffic and downtown prices. Hampton was close to lightrail, Breakfast was good and included in the price AND served to 10 am for us late night owls. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was fast and efficient. Rooms were clean and neat. Overall a nice stay.

First off, apologies for this late review. We were there about 3 weeks ago and had an ‘eventful’ stay to say the least. It started with the delayed flight that affected everything, plan wise. Also somewhat affected the reservation we had. When I called early the morning we arrived (we were supposed to be there the day before), my reservation was gone. Soonja helped make it easier for us. She literally just told us to ‘come here now and I’ll take care of everything’, probably realizing the frustration and the tired voice on the other line. The hotel was very nice and very clean. Rooms were inviting, beds very comfortable. Typical Hilton. Soonja was there helping us with everything and answering all questions all the time. Breakfast was very good as well. A lot of very good restaurants around. There’s a Link Rail that brings you to the City Center and everywhere. Fare is very cheap and 18 yrs and below ride free! (and no turnstiles!). Our stay went well until my daughter accidentally dropped her phone in the opening between the elevator and the floor! Now that’s a problem. The staff did everything they could to have it recovered/retreved before we left, to no avail. We left without her phone but with very good memories of Seattle and Northgate. After a few days, here’s Soonja calling (her work is not done) telling me they got the phone (not broken) and that she’s ready to mail it after her shift! Wow! Talking about a Superstar! Can’t wait to go back when my daughter decides to study there. You guys are great! 👍👍, way up. 5 ⭐️ s *I’d also want to thank the manager, Jeniifer for resolving an issue for me. And the head of Housekeeping for keeping me updated. I appreciate all of you. Awesome People!

The hotel was clean, efficient and comfortable. They offered a nice variety for breakfast including waffles, eggs, oatmeal and pastries plus excellent coffee - available all day. The staff was attentive and helpful especially Soonja who greeted each guest with efficiency and humor. She answered questions with patience which was greatly appreciated.

"Do not stay here"

I had emergency open heart surgery at University of Washington Medical Center. I was in intensive care for several weeks. After rehab, I was not able to go upstairs at home so I chose the Hilton to recover. What I got in return for my extended stay was a small room and a smelly carpet. My guests complained. I paid the housekeeper cash to shampoo it. They vacuumed instead. When I went to check out, I was informed by the front desk my debit card was declined. I live on social security. I keep close watch of my balance. I called the bank who told me someone at the hotel was trying to extort funds. I filled a police report. I was overdrawn and could not get food for me or my pets nor my medicine. The manager told me “Let this be a lesson you should keep a rainy day fund. They were all so rude in management. The front desk people were helpless. The management blamed it on my bank which, of course, denied it. DO NOT stay here.
