"Cheap No Tell Motel"

No refrigerator, no bottled water, no teabags. Just a little instant coffee. Room uglier than pictured. Chipped furniture. No printed info in room about anything. I've rarely paid this much to stay in what apparently is gigantic version of a cheap no tell motel. Give this place a miss and stay happy.

Jaden and Rae were great Valet representatives! They both deserve a $10 raise and a $1000 bonus. Great valet representatives are rare. Both were friendly and professional. It's so nice to deal with individuals who care about giving great service and their jobs.

"Just Avarage"

On arrival it was a shock that you had to pay $56 to park the car. When we’ve stayed here in the past it was around 30-35. The receptionist at the front was not friendly, and didn’t speak much, she sure acted as if he didn’t care or even wanted to be there. The room was great! Clean, spacious and appeared to be cared for. We walked down to the bar for a quick drink and something to eat. The gal at the bar, may have been having a bad day or what, but when asked if there was any food, she replied “we’re not a restaurant” in a very snobby way. After being out and returning, we decided to visit the hot tub, the pool area is nice. The hot tub was DISGUSTING! The filtration system didn’t work, the jets didn’t work. But it was 100°. You’re sharing it between two hotels. But if the staff didn’t care that you were there, why would they care that their facility was inoperable. Breakfast was decent and the ladies at breakfast were great and friendly. Just an average stay. Hyatte is across the street. Maybe try that one.

"Messy front desk"

Nice enough hotel, but slow, unorganized check-in experience. The worst thing is they charged me $56 for parking that I didn't use. The charge showed up a couple of hours after I checked out. I called the hotel and was told it would be credited back in 5-7 days, but it was not. I had to dispute it on my credit card. The rooms were good and the breakfast was very good. But watch your charges; they're not quite sure what they're doing.

"Worst service"

Arrival was a mixed experience between feeling like an inconvenience & getting a half hearted welcome. Over the next 4 nights I experienced some of the worst service from reception staff in the states. Such a shame, one bar maid was fantastic, the other could barely lift her elbows off the counter long enough to serve me & my colleagues. Conference room, they had no idea which room we were in, food was dreadful, barely warm, barely enough to feed to team, reception staff storming out & sweating at people. Will never do business here again
