Darlene the parking attendant was the best! Her customer service was top-notch. It was the best ever. Is this 200 characters yet? The parking attendants were all very nice, but Darlene really was the best because of her care for her customers

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality, and Ashanta went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, even rushing to get our car for us when we needed it. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The staff, including Ashanta, were friendly and always willing to assist. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely return for another stay in the future. Highly recommend!

Darlene took great care of us and our vehicle!! She was very courteous and took extra time to explain how to use the app, request our vehicle etc. she told us all the good spots to hit around inner harbor, all with a smile and genuine concern for us to have a good time during our visit.

Dee gave us excellent service for valet! I forgot our diaper bag and she went to get it for me. Also the truck was completely warmed up when delivered on a cold morning. Really appreciated it!! She's the best. Aside from valet, the rooms were nice.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Hampton Inn & suite inner harbor and our valet Darlene was amazing. Nice and courteous our whole stay took care of us every step of the way from arrival to departure, my father uses a wheelchair we called ahead of time letting the hotel know the time of our arrival, Darlene was waiting at the front door and took care of us. Thank you Darlene you were awesome.
