Very clean and great service. Friendly staff. Located minutes from Biltmore Estate. Convenient to restaurants and bars. Asheville Outlets just down the road. Highly recommend. I hope to go back n the spring. Although the Biltmore Village is still recovering from the storm still convenient location.

So So excellent. One of the best Hampton Inns I"ve been to. Very clean , nice pillows and all the amenities you need. Breakfast good.Staff very friendly. Location right by the Biltmore. Loved the phone digital check in. Even the elevators were tops. Walked down the stairwells and even they were remarkably clean. Should not pass this up. convenient parking. Room layout and devices perfectly layed out.

"Would t honor reservations and now won’t refund the money!"

Terrible service! We knew the area was hit by the Hurricane but I was mislead by Hilton customer service that this hotel would be open to honor our reservation on Oct 28th. I did the on line check in on the Hilton app and when we arrived they would not check in any new guest because they were under something called a storm protocol “purple”. Only existing guest and locals were allowed to check in. Our paid in advance reservation meant nothing. I filled a “claim” on the Hilton honors app and Now I am fighting to try and get the refund. They acknowledge the refund is due but it has to be refunded by the hotel and although Hilton took the reservation money they won’t refund it. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks for this refund that should have been done. Hilton doesn’t back their brands. I will never stay at a Hilton brand hotel again. The customer service is terrible. Just refund the money so I can move on!

"Great hotel"

So glad I chose this hotel as everything was wonderful. The best maintained hotel we have visited in a long time, clean everywhere, good breakfast with different hot item each day of our 3 mornings. Nice sitting areas inside and out with a fire pit and free parking, which you don't get in downtown locations It's 2 lights from the Biltmore entrance.

"Great Village Location"

We were able to walk to the village from this location which was nice. The breakfast was in a room with giant barn doors. The check in the was fast and the staff was good. The flavored water in the lobby was a fine touch. The flowers out front were massive, the room met our needs on the fourth floor where it was quiet.
