"FANTASTIC LOCATION"

The staff is very welcoming. Our room was right on Bay Street, so you could see the river from our room. Which did make it to where you could hear the traffic at night, though. The location to River Street and all the great restaurants sure made it to where you really didn't care about that. They had a continental breakfast until 10:00 am. If I had anything negative, the valet parking needs some organization. I would definitely Recommend.

"Fix the elevator "

4 stars because of the one elevator not working. Key on app worked at first and then didn't work and had to get an actual key from front desk. The valet/front door area is very tight and somewhat dangerous. The best part of the hotel was the location. We got to see big cargo ships go by from our room. Not sure we would stay here again.

This lovely hotel in the Historic section of Savanah is great for location, kind staff and wonderful rooms overlooking the river with comfy beds. You can walk everywhere from this location plus they offer valet parking. Wonderful front desk, valet and concierge staff that go out of their way to make your visit a memorable stay. Have stayed here and other places. Savanah is a beautiful city and if you want to walk, this location is great. No need to drive if staying here.

Very friendly and helpful staff including valet. Awesome location, excellent amenities, breakfast was very good. Very clean room, excellent shower and comfortable beds. The only disappointment was the elevator wait times for this busy hotel because they only had one of two elevators working during our 2 night stay.

We were only in town for one night this time around and we hadn't made reservations yet, since it was a spur of the moment trip. We walked in the lobby and they greeted us right away. The desk clerk helped me make a reservation on my Honors app and then checked us in. She mentioned a place to eat, so we valeted the car and walked down the street a ways. Great recommendation! We came back and decided to have a drink at the bar, my friend mentioned that it was my birthday and the Manager said, "our next drink is on the Hotel." Very kind staff. The bartender, Dream was awesome and the new Concierge was very helpful, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn. Don't miss the rooftop pool!
