"Holes in porcelain bathroom sink and tub surround. Smallest pillows we’ve ever had"

We should have received a room upgrade per our Expedia level and hotel Was unaware of this. We had already unpacked when we realized this and didn’t want to repack and move rooms. Smallest pillows we’ve ever had in a hotel. Holes in porcelain sink and tub surround unacceptable and probably a health hazard

"Great stopover for northbound #95 travelers"

A perfect place for northbound travelers to rest up before taking on grueling DC traffic. Comfortable, clean rooms, friendly staff, trailer parking, food and drink within easy walking distance. Easy on and off Rt #95. Oh and better breakfast than Holiday Inn Express!!!!

We were able to check in within a reasonable amount of time. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive to when any needs arose. The breakfast coordinators were also helpful, especially with the waffle machine. We had stayed at this hotel in the past.

We travel a lot and Hampton Inn is our go to when available. This location was one of the best Hamptons we have stayed at. Everything was perfect. The location was a very easy off/on from I-95. Plenty of parking. Lots of eateries and gas stations very close by. The front desk was professional and recognized me as a HH gold member. They also sent a message inquiring if everything was to our satisfaction. The room was spacious, very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was a notch above the normal with plenty of options for everyone and things were restocked and the area cleaned frequently. Lastly, it was one of the least expensive Hampton I have ever stayed at. Kudos to the manager and staff who are an example for how a hotel should and can be run to make it a pleasant experience for guests.

"A Better Place to Stay"

After a long travel day, this was a wonderful way to end our day. We checked in on Christmas Day late afternoon and the gentleman at the front desk couldn't have been more welcoming. We were rested and amazingly well fed as we started out the next morning. It's always the attention to detail that accounts for so much---from the cookies and extra water offered at check in to the amazing mattress and room extras, we highly recommend this as a place to stay.
