"Nice Hampton!"

This was our 2nd time at this hotel, and we will be staying again in April. Great location for cruises. Very nice room on the water side. The only negative is that you enter from the outside. Our restaurant of choice was in walking distance. Breakfast was included. Highly recommend for cruise guests.

Stayed here between xmas and New Year’s Eve with family of 5. I liked the location (easy walk to beach and restaurants and mini golf and stores). The room was as advertised but not super nice. A bit worn/dated bathroom. Balcony was nice to sit outside but chairs were not super comfortable. Breakfast was ok but the eggs tasted like powdered ones. Mostly same thing every day. For free it was fine. They also charge $12 day parking even though website claims it’s free. There were 2 rocket launches when we were there and just a 5 min walk to beach to watch it and then 5 min back to your room! Housekeeping was hit or miss. Asked for daily housekeeping and didn’t get any until 4pm on second day after I called. Didn’t give us 5 towels for each person in our room. Did passable job straighten room up.

Positives - Wonderful friendly staff that couldn’t do more to make your stay enjoyable. - Good location with decent selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance (if you’re a Brit) or driving distance (if you’re American! ) - Rooms basic but clean - 5 minute stroll to the beach Negatives - website states car parking is free but charged at $12 night - breakfast pretty bland : I know it’s free but the cost is baked I tin the room rate .

"Very good 4 star hotel"

This is a very good solid 4 stars hotel. Pros: The front desk staff are all very nice, room was clean, view was great! Free breakfast is always an added bonus. Cons: The pillows are terrible! They now charge for parking, beach chairs are $50 per day for 2..ouch. A/C is very loud. Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat!
