We reserved a room block at this hotel for our wedding this fall. All of our guests who stayed were very happy with the hotel and commented on how nice the staff was. Destonie, the sales manager, was the one who helped with getting the room block and she was so kind and responsive with any questions we had. She also went above and beyond by letting me use the conference room to do hair and makeup with my bridesmaids and she even left balloons, flowers, and a card for me the morning of! Would highly recommend working with this hotel/staying here!

had the worst stay at Hampton Inn. I noticed food bugs and flies everywhere in the room - on the sheets, blankets, pillows, and even on my body. I addressed this issue to the front desk staff, but they said they were fully booked and all they could do was spray the room. We had to leave the room for a few hours. After we returned, the room was okay. However, when I tried to turn on the AC to get rid of the spray smell and chemicals, I discovered it was broken! It was a terrible night. Additionally, I've been awake since 6 am due to noisy kids participating in soccer tournaments. They're extremely loud and slam their room doors constantly. I reported all these issues to the morning supervisor, but he claimed he couldn't do anything about it. He told me I needed to speak with General Manager Toby Simmons, who won't be available until tomorrow. Essentially, no one is taking responsibility

I stayed one night while in the area on business. The location was perfect. The front desk staff were all friendly. The breakfast choices were more plentiful than most Hamptons. Really, my only complaint was the thermostat had no fan only option. When you’re working at the desk, you’re about one foot from the ac unit. So, when it runs, you freeze and when it shuts off it gets warm. Also, it would have helped to drown out the road noise as I slept. If this is not a problem for you, then it would be a 5 out of 5. Definitely a great option in the area

Hampton Inn you can Not go wrong. Nice clean rooms always and great beds. The Breakfasts were top tier. We stayed 3 nights and there was great food every morning. something new or switched out daily. Nice little pool area that felt larger than it was. You will love it. It was a great stay.

Rarely rate a Hampton as they're consistent but nothing notable. However this is one of the best -- we've stayed multiple times and our rooms are always ready, clean and well maintained. There are plenty of plugs, the shades are appropriately room-darkening, the breakfast sufficient and well stocked. But what keeps us coming back is the welcoming and helpful staff -- special shout-out to Andrew, but the others were great as well.
