This hotel was the worst experience of my life, the room was filthy and not how it was described. The ice machines were broken, it didn’t even look like they cleaned the bathroom so I had to buy my own cleaning products to clean the room because it was not sanitary!!!! The staff is rude and not accommodating and be careful they will accuse you of smoking in the room( I do not smoke) and charging me $250 for that. There’s a lot more the pool was dirty and the breakfast items were stale and not edible

Good service , good breakfast, and hotel including the manger Lalit which helps and solves problems quick if there is a problem with anything in the hotel. receptionist Heidi very nice great attitude and willing to help in anything wrong as well and will make your experience better overall great hotel some minor problems yet a manger that can help as well.

The room was not very clean…unpopped popcorn kernels on the carpet, filthy windows, dirty corners and vents in the bathroom. The worst though was on our second day, housekeeping didn’t even touch the room. Beds were not made, garbage was overflowing, used towels were not removed….which is incredibly irritating considering the rate they are charging (close to $200 per night). In my opinion, if you aren’t going to touch the room the second day, you should provide a deeply discounted rate. This was my first stay in a Hilton hotel as an Honors member. Felt a little foolish…should have spent half the money at a less expensive place…I’m imagining it would have been a comparable experience.

I stayed here for four nights, and it was just average for me. Most of the staff was nice, but one of the front desk workers needs help with his customer skills. The room was clean, but a little dated. The beds were ok, but the pillows were not great at all. It’s close to busy roads, and you can hear a lot of traffic. Constantly heard dumpster lids closing from the area business. Hard to sleep if you’re not use to it. There is only an outdoor pool, and the fitness center was ok. Not a terrible stay, but I’ll probably stay somewhere else if I’m in the area again.

The property sit right on the highway, it’s loud. All night. Dead bugs all over my room. It was obvious by the black hairs all over my bathroom it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The desk agent when we checked in was dreadful with a bad attitude and foul mouth . The pillow are terrible little squares. I really don’t have many positive comments on the poorly aging property.
