Great place to stay in Downtown Brooklyn. Beds comfy, room clean and staff are very, very friendly. We stayed 4 nights as tourists. Much cheaper than staying in Manhattan. Breakfast was a basic buffet but was ideal start to the day, especially considering it's free. And free coffee/tea all day long. Would definitely recommend 👌

The hotel was very nice and located in the perfect area for walking to restaurants and the Brooklyn Bridge. We met Kila and Jasmine and they were very professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast served could have been better but the wings at the restaurant on site were tasty.

My room was renovated and clean. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and warm and there was good lighting in the bathroom. Also the desk was roomy enough to do some work and the WiFi worked well. Room was decent sized too, and I never heard noises from other rooms. Good jumping off point to all parts of the city, and safe. You can walk to wegmans or trader Joe's as needed and there's local grocery nearby even closer. Would happily stay here again. This didn't bother me, but the side of the hotel that faces flatbush expressway can be noisy, even as I stayed on the 12th floor (2nd from the top on my side, there's 2 different elevator banks). The honking really picks up around rush hour times. Didn't interrupt my sleep but if you're not used to city noises, the other side of the hotel might be better for you

The experience was good, it’s 12 min walk to the metro. They have breakfast buffet. That needs to be improved. The bar is excellent at the entrance. The reception and the bell desk were very helpful. They have a coffee desk free for the guest. There many stores in the surrounding area

Fabulous stay at the Hampton Inn Brooklyn. Customer service was great, our room was clean and in great condition, great drinks at the bar, check in was smooth and the front desk crew was awesome. The Manhattan Bridge and Brooklyn Bridge are both within close walking distance, and there are many restaurants within walking distance. I would very much recommend the hotel and will stay here again.
