We stay here on all our trips to Branson. It is consistent in friendliness, good rooms, and breakfast. The front desk is accommodating whenever we have a need or request. Also, its location is convenient to Silver Dollar City. We’ve stayed at other hotels, but like the price and level of service here.

The plus side was the room looked like it had new/updated bathroom. But that was all that had been updated. The room was very damp and the a/c sounded like a plane taking off. The carpet was filthy. When you walked on it dirt stuck to your feet. The mattress was horrible and the bed swayed and creaked every time one of us moved or rolled over. For the price they charge this was not the Hampton quality I expected. Very disappointed. For the price find a nice Airbnb instead.

We arrived around 5:45pm and the front desk provided us with bottle water. Our room was on the same floor as the front desk which made things easy for us seeing my mother was traveling with us for Labor Day weekend. Their breakfast was very good all 3 days we were there. I noticed after we got home that we must have left a cell phone charger in the room. They will mail it to us. Thanks Hampton Inn for a lovely weekend getaway. We will return next time we travel to Branson.

Great stay. The hotel is located near everything. The breakfast was very good! I liked the toppings they had for the waffles. The person who takes care of the breakfast does an awesome job. Rooms were clean l, quiet, and comfortable. The front desk texts to make sure everything is going good and checks in during your stay. I have no complaints.

We were in a desperate situation over Labor Day weekend because where we were staying the property had bed bugs. We called so many hotels and this was the only one that had availability for the whole weekend and had two rooms. They also gave us two rooms that connected. They dried all of our belongings on high heat in case we had any bed bugs. So accommodating and the staff were amazing. We will definitely be back.
