Hampton Inn Boca Raton in Boca Raton, FL

1/7/25 Arrived earlier than check in after quite a drive from Tampa. Rachel was terrific. She followed up with housekeeping as info regarding a room that was done was not yet showing in the computer data base. She handed us 2 our 2 bottles of water in a bag (so much easier to carry). It would have been so easy for her to say it wasn’t yet 4pm. Many times elsewhere we have to ask for the water. Thank you Rachel for really showing genuine hospitality vibe! When traveling we’ve come to expect hiccups but such little things mean A LOT! The room was what we expected: a bit tired but the heat/AC worked, towels were plentiful for our overnight stay, and it was quiet. Three minor issues I had was being short I could barely reach to where the lotion was attached to the wall above the bathroom counter next to the mirror. The other was that every time I reached for TP, the holder fell off the wall. Hubs however did not seem to have that problem. The 3rd is that the coffee in the lobby when we would come back was never hot and on the evening of 1/7 it was actually empty and no one was at the desk. I did try the room pot but we didn’t see an outlet near the pull out for the coffee maker and related items for it. We did move the pot over near the bed area, but that seemed strange and the coffee it produced was marginal quality. All these are minor inconveniences for the price we paid, as well as the convenience of the location to where a meeting we were attending was taking place the next day.

My stays are always very good . Carmelite is just wonderful. She makes everybody happy in the dining room. So Sweet. I miss the old staff like Clides but there is new staff and are kind. Marie takes care of my bedroom so well. I love staying there!!

Amongst the many things that made our stay so great (comfortable beds, friendly staff, breakfast) the one that tops it all is a particular staff member who was cleaning our room and found my daughters missing earring! She kindly placed it on the dresser so we would see it when we got back to the room. THANK YOU SO MUCH, JINIA!!!

It was our first family trip in 4 years. The property is beautiful, the beds very comfortable. The manager, Rachel, was there when we left at 6 am on Christmas morning and was there when we got back at 10pm. I asked her about it and she said she wanted her team at home with their families. What a beautiful soul. She was so pleasant and accommodating, treating us as if we were her family as well. We look forward to coming back next year!

This is an exceptionally run Hotel with top level management, starting with the general manager, Rachel, who does a superb job managing choosing and managing her staff and setting up systems to maximize guest comfort. The desk staff make everyone feel welcomed and valuable guests from check in to checkout and with each and every thing they do to respond to requests and in taking the initiative to anticipate guest needs. Teran is a vibrant results oriented leader who solves all problems and energetically greats all guests, making everyone feel like a VIP. Georgia is another front desk worker whose gentle kindness makes vacation even more fun and special. Jack is the model of efficiency and solves all problems in a professional and personable manner. The kitchen staff preparing the excellent breakfast are hardworking, friendly and supportive of any request they can fulfill. The house cleaning staff are superb and most accommodating. Carmelita, Dora, Marisol and Sabina’s are other employees who deserve a shout out for excellent work. We stayed for weeks while Reno’s were being done on our condo and the comfortable facilities and superb staff made a difficult time so much easier and pleasant Mitch H
