"The manager Jessica and all of her team were great!! The hotel was clean and very nice. The breakfast was really good!!"

We were greeted with a cookie and drink when we came in. The breakfast was delicious and Jessica and her team were very nice and accommodating!! The rooms were very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We have been out for over a week and have been in many hotels and this has been the best one.

"Clean enough and cheap place to rest your head after Biltmore."

So far so good. Clean. Room doesn’t feel damp or moldy. People are nice. But….what’s up with the sink faucet? You can barely get a finger under there to wash it- so close to the edge of sink. Not a reason not to come but annoying. Someone needs to get fired over that one. We came after Biltmore and it’s a solid 15 min from there. But for the price- a great place to rest our heads. Area is mostly lower budget strip malls and the Asheville mall that appears to not be an updated mall.

The place is very clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. We loved having four pillows on the beds and there was plenty of charging access. Breakfast was good and 24 hour coffee and hot water was lovely as we arrived late. The pool and hot tub were great and the fireplace out back was a surprising bonus. A few more hand sanitizers near the breakfast area would have been appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay in a beautiful city.

Hotel is very clean and breakfast was great. Big 5 Stars to Gigi for helping me out. She was very kind and sweet. She went out of her way to help with what I was needing. If you are in Asheville this is where you need to stay. Home away from home feeling.

"Quick Getaway to the Biltmore Estate"

Flew down from NE Ohio to explore the Biltmore again and take in the Chihuly Glass exhibition. The hotel was very clean, the staff warm and welcoming, the breakfast tasty. The location was perfect for exploring Asheville. There was one small problem with the shower and, once reported, was quickly taken care of. My partner's only complaint was the positioning of the bathroom sink faucet. If you have large hands, it's hard to wash your hands, as the faucet doesn't extend far enough into the sink. This was an error on the part of the architect or the contractor, but there's nothing that can be done now, so just be careful when washing your hands. Excellent stay.
