GUY HARVEY RESORT WAS A TOP NOTCH SURPRISE FOR OUR 38TH ANNIVERSARY! THE STAFF WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO CATER TO OUR REQUESTS. RACHEL + JAMIE AT THE FRONT DESK BOTH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET US THE ROOMS WE REQUESTED. WE LIKED THE GUY HARVEY RESORT SO MUCH WE EXTENDED OUR STAY. TRY THE KING OR 2 QUEEN OCEAN FRONT ROOMS. THEY OVERLOOK THE POOL AND BEACH. 4TH + 5TH FLOORS HAVE THE BEST VIEWS. MAINTENANCE MAN MIGUEL IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED WHEN THE SAFE IN OUR 2ND ROOM WAS "SLEEPING". HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL. THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF WAS ON TOP OF MAKING EVERYTHING FRESH AND CLEAN. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN NEXT TIME! THANKS STAFF FOR KEEPING THIS RESORT TOP NOTCH!

I just want to share the experience we had at the Guy Harvey Resort. The staff members were personable and friendly. They made you feel like they really happy you were there. It seemed everyone was attentive to cleanliness and friendliness. The view of ocean and pool were spectacular even in February! There is a pool bar that added just the right fun feeling to the atmosphere. Definitely will make it a tradition.

Great location on St. Augustine Beach. The staff was exceptional, rooms were clean. Rachael at the front desk and Orianna in housekeeping went above and beyond, it was clean and conveniently located. Food in the restaurant was excellent for breakfast. We would definitely go back. The only change would be removing the carpeting in the rooms. It is a little dated. They are eco minded and care about the community and the ocean. We appreciated they did that.

I can't believe this is a "Guy Harvey Resort"... at this point, I think Guy Harvey just puts his name on anything he can just to get a percentage of the profits. This place is a dump. I'm sad my husband paid for this place for us to go on a little getaway. Ugh. We almost left once we saw the room- but braved it. Bad memories for sure here.

The resort was amazingly pleasing. I loved the decor throughout the building, the cozy room, and the outside seating area. The walk to the beach was breathtaking and an extra treat. My first time spending time on the beach during December. Very enjoyable visit.
