Guest requiring Towel Refresh on unscheduled housekeeping service days may call the Front Desk and request Clean Towels. Someone will come to the room to leave clean towels and take out the dirty ones.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted, ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

All our blankets and covers had mold, the room smelled badly, the room didn't have hot water. The front desk service was even worst! We explained about the issues and they said there is not much they can do about it! I was with my baby and she had an allergic reaction to this!

Rude frontdesk. When checking in did NOT receive information paper. Stayed there for 5 nights with two rooms. One room was cleaned once the other one NEVER. Having 4 people in that is just groce after 5 nights. When complaining at checkout they came up with a vague story about knocking and being send away. This is NOT true. Pool area nice. One morning at 09:30 they were already out of the bread. Not having much else to choose from this is annoying.

I fully recommend the hotel. It is very close to theme parks and the receptionist Lorna is very professional and kind. The rooms are clean, the swimming pool is quite, big and the breakfast is good. It is a good place to stay if you want to visit Orlando and theme parks.

This place is an absolute cost-effective GEM. It's clean and comfortable. A bit outdated but they make an effort and it is noted. The location is great and can't be the price and having breakfast in the morning is a great addition. I would recommend it as a simple affordable option for accommodations to friends and family as I am a local. I try hotels for fun because I love hotels so much. it was easy clean and comfortable

Stay away? I stayed here on the 6th of May 2024 for one week this hotel is dirty and the breakfast is not even worth getting out of bed for Alex and Alian are really nice very helpful guys. The lady's on reception are rude. One person working on reception so be prepared for a long wait checking in??? I stayed in apartments 125 the sink was blocked and hair and dirt in the apartment. They have not returned my deposit despite I have been home nearly 4weeks they are ignoring my emails. I am in the process of reporting them please do not waste your money staying here

The Trolley does stop in front of The Grand Hotel Orlando at Universal Blvd on our street, Universal Boulevard, which is on the Green Line North Bound. Our stop is G7(Yellow). Directly across the street is the stop for the Green Line South Bound G7(Green). The Trolley runs from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM daily. Trolley Tickets can be purchased on the Trolley for single rides. Prices and fees may change anytime. Please contact the hotel front desk or inquire at the hotel directly for more information on the I-RIDE Trolley. Schedule and times of operation may change at anytime.
